Easy access to Interstate. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Facility was clean and felt like it was in a safe area. Several options for dining nearby.

Only stayed one night for travel. Elevator was broken, lower level ice machine was broken, the whole place is run down and needs repair. Our room had a certain smell, the thermostat was broken, and when I went to the register there was a broken piece full of black mold. The register was full of black mold as well. We called front desk and she put me on hold for ever, so we tried to scrub as much off as possible. It was late at night and we were exhausted, so I ended up texting the issue (standard corporate service now when you check in), they stated they would send to someone at the hotel. No contact back all night. In the morning the family and I were to no surprise coughing and runny nose. I texted back and within 3 hours received $40 off for the night. I would not recommend staying here for the price.

We were greeted by pleasant staff - Melissa I think? - who helped us figure out where to park our RV. Hotel was clean and seemed newly refurbished. Our bed was fine - shower was very nice. Breakfast was good, and John very graciously asked us if we needed anything else before he closed up. Would stay again. A little pricier than we wanted, but it was just outside of St Louis and so more $.

I was on 3rd floor and i am 59 years old with no elevator working had to carry luggage up by myself, had a bathtub that you couldnt plug, im very dissapointed would like a credit for my stay

Breakfast by John was fabulous! Tons of variety, super stocked and clean. Yum. He was great and so friendly. Rooms clean and nice. A little hot since ventilation didnt seem to work properly. Not a deal breaker. Fairly small hotel and no indoor pool. But easy on/off expressway. Would go again.

The place was great. It was clean. How ever the stay was horrible. Our room was right beside the maintenance room an all we heard all hours being there was humming so loud we couldn’t none sleep. At some points in the middle of the night it would get so loud. Caused me to have a horrible headache the next day with the lack of sleep

The staff was friendly, and there are decent dining options nearby. However, the bed we had at least, was terribly uncomfortable. I considered sleeping on the floor at one point, but did not, as I would have been cold with only having one blanket to share. The room we were in was in an atrocious location, on the first floor next to the fitness room. It seemed like it would be nice at first, because we had no direct neighbors, but we could hear people talking all night and opening and closing their room doors loudly. The room was clean , and the bathroom was decent. The breakfast wasn't bad, but I did not get any sleep and felt like I laid on a bag of bricks all night.

Chris was very nice and helpful. Our problem was the a/c didn’t work in our room and it was like a sauna in there. Chris did move us to another room, but that one wasn’t much better. Still hot in there. For a room that cost over $100 a night in Festus, MO, I would expect better

The staff was amazing. The sheets on my bed seemed a little messy when the duvet was pulled back. The rest of the room was neat and tidy, including the bathroom. The staff far outshine a couple of potholes and patches of ice on the sidewalk. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the food was good. The person overseeing the buffet was helpful and kind. I would stay here in the future.

Not the best experience
Upon check in i was asked if i really needed an ADA room. I told the clerk that i didn't, but thats all that was available and my workplace had reserved it. He said he really couldn't do anything about it, but next time i needed to reserve a regular room and leave those rooms available for handicapped guests. Again, i explained that my company reserves the rooms, i just stay where im told. It really wasn't any of his business to ask if i had a disability or not and i told the manager the same thing when i checked out the next morning. The manager apologized and said he spoke with the new employee and i was free to stay in any room I choose. The room wasn't very clean, the sheets had hair and fuzz on them after i peeled them back. There were also dried stains on the chair in the corner. The flooring was loose and coming up in the bathroom, and there was nasty mold on the wall at the corner of the shower. There was also trash inder the bench out front. A yogurt container and maybe vomit? The only thing that was decent was the breakfast. I recommend staying at a different hotel, there are several better options available in the area.
