Beautiful stone house with pool and garden awaits you in the quiet part of Valbandon, near the picturesque small town of Fa?ana and the National Park on the Brijuni Islands. This is an excellently furnished semi-detached house, where classic materials such as stone and wood have been used. Modernly equipped and furnished with great attention to detail, it offers its guests coziness and comfort. The living area consists of the first floor with open living room, kitchen and dining area. From the living room you can reach the upper floor, where there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The second bedroom with its own bathroom is located in the basement. There is also a well-kept garden with children's playground equipment at your disposal. The covered terrace with barbecue is ideal for socializing, while the pool provides refreshment on warm summer days.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.

Im Haus hat es uns super gut gefallen. Es war alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Toll wäre es, wenn es etwas mehr Besteck hätte. Der Wasserschaden, welcher sich im 2022 ereignete, ist immer noch teilweise sichtbar. Gemäss Informationen der Agentur wird jetzt im Winter das Dach saniert. Ich gehe davon aus, dass im Anschluss die letzten Spuren des Wasserschaden vom Maler beseitigt werden. Die Dusche ist etwas merkwürdig konstruiert. Die Duschwanne ist höher als der Plattenabschluss am Boden. Somit läuft immer das Wasser beim Duschen auf den Boden vor der Dusche.
