Mercure 4 stars in front of Brasilia Shopping
Staff is very polite but hotel needs to improve the cleanliness, details but important. This is a 4 stars hotel and apply white lamps instead more comfortable lights in the room.

Nice hotel but needs improvement. Excelent staff. Bad restaurant (pizzas only 2 options and juices only 1 option). I did not like the fat pillows.

Quality is not the same
I stayed there last week and it was better. This time, the room was nice and confortable but it is useless to have a stove and microwave when I didn’t have any cutlery or plates. Not even a decent glass. Pool was closed. The gym didn’t have AC, no towels and the equiptment wasn’t clean. The breakfast options were very limited and always ran out of food.

Nice hotel. Good location
The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located in an área with good restaurants and close to a mall.The breakfas is good and you can order deliciuos food to eat in your room.

Ok experience
Hotel was in very nice condition overall. The room service did not replenish towels, mini bar, toiletries, soap etc. without me asking at the Front desk. When I arrived at the room the first night there was no lotion. The pool was shut down due to winter time and the workout area was very old and dated. The bed was not very comfortable.

I know well this flat, I love the place, I got an upgrade in the check in, but.. two lamps were not working, the towel carpet was missing and the showers' faucets would require approx. four turns to open. I could certainly get another room if I asked for, but I only noticed most failures when I was ready to shower, late at night.

Nov 2016 Stay at Mercure Brasilia Lider Hotel
At the end of Nov. 2016, I stayed and enjoyed two nights at the Mercure Brasilia Lider Hotel. Excellent, large stylish room on the third floor with a balcony and vfew of the TV tower and some of the governmental buildings section. This hotel is located right beside the large Brasilia shopping mall, very convenient with some nice mall restaurants. Easy 5 minute walk to the TV tower and green space surrounding it. Excellent service with friendly and helpful staff, who could help me in excellent English with answers to my questions and check-in info. Included a small business center with internet access computers. Very nice and large buffet breakfast available. Overall very nice stay at this hotel and a totally favorable and enjoyable stay and experience.

The WIFI was erratic and would frequently cut off. It was also not possible to access web sites that require faster and wider band width.

My room was dirty from the last guest when i arrived. I asked the front desk to arrange it to be clean up, but after i came back from lunch, 2 hours later, it was still dirty. I had to chace down the cleaning lady and ask her myself to clean the room. would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone!!!

Overall, it was a reasonable experience. The hotel is clean and the staff amenable. Due to work constraints I was forced to order room service for a couple of days. Room Service does not pick up orders (I had to call reception), and dinner took over 2 hours and a half to come to the room. Also, if you rely in telephone services, make sure you have your cell phone charged as calls don’t go through the telecommunications system.

Good business hotel i a convenient location.
Good location in Brasilia with reasonable amenities. The staff tries to accommodate and respond to concerns. As with much of the hotel industry in Brazil there is a shortage of English speaking staff for tourists and this hotel is no different. Friendly staff!

This is a good business hotel with nice rooms, a decent buffet breakfast and free (albeit slow) wifi in the rooms. The service was good. It is also only five minutes walk from Brasilia Shopping, a big mall with lots of shops and restaurants. Two things would be good to improve the hotel: 1) a blanket in the room (only sheets are provided as standard), and 2) a kettle in the room.

Almost on the Beach
The Acapulco Copacabana is a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, and I was able to watch the construction of a platform where Pope Francis was scheduled to conduct Mass three days after my visit. The only problem I had with the hotel was the room's clock, which refuse to work even after I complained. The breakfasts at the hotel are hearty, and my room was clean and attractive. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Rooms and staff were great and breakfast was excellent. The hotel did not have a lot of helpful information for tourists. There was a map which was really badly scaled and no free concierge to give advice. There were only a couple of staff at the desk who were busy with check in or outs that spoke English. This is more of a business hotel for Brazilians. You might be able to walk to tourist sights, but not without a better map or some guidance. The hotel restaurant was closed on the Sunday we were there and it wasn't clear what it's hours were.

Good quality business hotel
I've stayed in a lot of Brasilia hotels and I think this will be my preferred choice from now on. Great service, good (and free) internet connection, great breakfast buffet. My room was clean and had pretty much everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable. The only improvement I would make would be to have a kettle in the room.

Average hotel stay. Cons: There was no alarm clock in the room. I used the wake-up call; however, one morning my wake up call never came which was inconvenient. Pro: There was a mall a very short walk away that had a good food court.
