NO VOLVERÉ
La habitación doble que nos dieron, daba a una calle muy ruidosa, además desde el interior de la habitación se oyen los pasos y ruidos de pasillo y habitaciones vecinas como si estuvieran en la tuya propia. El personal de limpieza, cambió sábanas, toallas y vació la basura del baño, dejándolo todo en el pasillo en frente de nuestra habitación y otras 3 mas. Eso si, la habitación estaba limpia, pero era incómoda. El desayuno es ínfimo, leche, café, agua caliente, zumo de naranja de brick, pan de molde con mantequilla y mermelada o aceite y tomate (no natural) y un tipo de bollería industrial y naranjas. Nadie en la sala de desayuno para peticiones especiales, ni para alergias, ni intolerancias. Lo que hay es lo que hay.

This is 1 star hotel with 4 star facilities and 5 stars service. A lovely surprise in the middle of the city. Will definitively go back.

Great welcome. Good value.
Great welcome and helpful receptionist. I confirmed that they do have 24 hrs reception which hadn't been clear. Large comfort room. Plenty of places to eat at excellent prices.

La gente de las habitaciones de al lado hablaba y parecia que no hubiera ni pared. Increiblemente ruidoso. Muy desgastado todo el equipamiento de la habitacion. El suelo crujia cuando caminabas. Necesita una renovacion muy urgentemente Que sea economico no justifica que no puedas tener un buen descanso.

Han sido dos noches muy buenas, únicamente en una de ellas destacar que se podía escuchar a gente hablando por la noche por lo que la insonorización no es muy buena, pero, lo demás sin ningún problema, el desayuno es buffet, y aunque un poco escaso de comida, la verdad es que es lo justo para emprender el día con energía, no eche en falta nada.

Siempre que vamos Ferrol dormimos aquí, sin embargo creo que est vez será la última. La ha bajado notablemente. El personal es amable y las instalaciones bastante cómodas pero la limpieza está vez ha dejado mucho que desear (pelos en el baño, cercos negros en el wc, polvo...). Cuando nos duchamos el agua inundaba el baño y los pisos tan ruidosos que parecía que los otros inquilinos estaban en nuestra habitación. Ha sido decepcionante ya que, como digo, hasta ahora considerábamos este sitio como nuestra casa en Ferrol.

Bien comunicada, en el centro, muy austera, algo antigua , sin aire acondicionado y ruidosa(si las instalaciones fueran mejores no habría el problema del ruido) una inversión haría a este hotel un referente en Ferrol.

Ouve-se as pessoas a andar no corredor e as camas dos outros quartos a ranger. Camas confortáveis. Apenas disponibilizaram uma toalha de mãos e de banho para duas pessoas. Pequeno almoço com boa relação variedade/preço.

Lo peor fue que no se podían abrir las ventanas y se pasó mucho calor. Otra habitación que me ofrecieron no tenía dónde colgar ropa. La papelera del baño estaba rota. Lo mejor fue la atención de la chica de recepción y que está céntrico.
