Good over all, room wasn’t very clean. Housekeeping shouting and banging in the room next door at 7:30am so no chance of a nice lay in.

Good room size, convenient hotel for the town.
Room size was great. Most problems were sorted quickly. Staff very helpful, but it was a pity that there were any problems at all. (Beds and towels not prepared for the number of guests, fridge not working, no coffee for the machine) The rooms and corridors were too hot to be comfortable, and an unnecessary waste of energy.

It’s a good property and location. But it’s right next to the police station and the sirens are very intrusive.

Upon checking in, they told us that the tupe of room that we had reserved was no longer available and that we had to pay extra for another room. After long waiting times in the phone with Expedia, they finally gave us a room without having to pay extra. Overall staff was quite unhelpful also with other information about the city and spoke very little English

Good location but terrible beds
Very very bad beds, we had three rooms and all of the beds were just terrible. Super bad condition. But overall very nice service and friendly receptionist when we checked in

A poor variant of the usual Ramada.
Weather was was dreadful with rain all the time. 'The personal who was just one person was not at her best mood. We have been there at least 2 times before and have always been met by happy and friendly persons. I hope it was not the fault of the Corona. The room was ok was we have wanted. The same as always clean and with good place. The breakfast was a cheap variant of breakfast with no fried eggs and no sekt.

Nice hotel for a getaway
Modern and clean hotel right near the shopping street and restaurants. Quick checkin, clean and light room with harbor view and coffee/tea making facilities. Super quiet and comfy beds

Nice hotel...but...
Nice hotel...but...listing on Hotels.com (and elsewhere) is slightly misleading. They claim to have a restaurant and bar. They have neither. Granted there is a small disclaimer that food and beverage services may be affected by Covid-19 restrictions. However, they also claim to have a bar and a restaurant serving international cuisine. We expected that there may be limited seating or restricted hours or even a limited menu, but arrived to discover the bar was a vending machine in the lobby with limited drinks and snacks and there was absolutely NO restaurant serving food (although breakfast is still available in the mornings). That said, it would not deter us from staying there again as there are several restaurants within easy walking distance and the English Pub is almost right next door. The rooms were clean, tidy and pleasant and staff were all very cheerful and helpful. Just a let down when we had expected bar and restaurant services to be available on-site. One other thing, and this is not a uniquely Ramada Flensburg thing, is that there are no ventilation controls in the room, like AC or heat. Apparently this is Germany-wide "thing". No hotels in Germany have in-room HVAC controls, so if it's a warm evening and you want some cool air. you need to have the window open and put up with the street noise.

Location is good near station and the harbour. But its Expensive for a hotel quality. It is old and beds are not comfortable, queen bed is a two separate double bed that is joined together and its moving away from the other. Eveything you do can be heard on the other room. What you see in the window is not the sea but another building and a parking lot.

Hotel Ramada har en god beliggenhed tæt ved butiksgade og Flensburg fjord. Vi havde værelse med flot udsigt til fjorden. Værelse var ok. Pænt badeværelse. Hotellets morgenbuffet var udmærket med et godt udvalg af retter. Hotellet havde gode tiltag mht Corona situationen. Baren var lukket, men man kan købe drikkevarer mm i receptionen. Alt i alt et ok ophold.
