Property was nice. Close to everything, by car. Up on a hill over looking lake worth, very nice! Great hit tub and pool. Typical breakfast. I got a kitchen suite because i wanted to cook. There was 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 cups, 1 fork and 1 spoon. I asked for kitchen ware and got a couple pans, no utensils, no flatware, no knives... No dishsoap, dish rags/ towels.... maid service exchanged towels and added shampoo/conditioner but did not restock coffee/coffee cups on a 4 day stay. I asked for some but never got it. Due to the kind of pot i could get the right things at store for the pot. Overall great, but the kitchen is not actually functional / no reasonable cookware

What I liked about our stay was, everyone was so nice and the breakfast always smelled amazing. What I didn’t like about the hotel was we ran outta hot water or we just didn’t have hot water at all and had to take a cold shower most of our stay.

I was so excited to stay here because I had reserved the bigger room with the kitchenette that had lake views. When we got there to check in about 4:00 there was no one at the front desk. I saw someone in the office but they wouldn’t come out. I had to ring the doorbell 2 times before the girl came out and was suprised that her name tag said she was the general manager. She was pleasant but her promptness was very concerning. The hotel itself seems newer but overall wasn’t as clean as it appeared to be at first glance. Our room was 407 and when I got to the room I had passed it up because there wasn’t a number on the door. It was marked with a piece of painter tape and a written number. Upon entering the laminate flooring is in poor condition and moved and made noise when you walked on it. The walls had dirt and scuff marks all over them which made me feel the room was dirty. Trash in the cabinets in the kitchen area. The bathroom walls and door were filthy. I went to the window to see the lake views I was so excited for and couldn’t see the lake unless I moved my head close to the left side of the window. I was so disappointed in this hotel. I was only in town for the night and wanted a nice place to say and left feeling so ripped off. I didn’t even want to get up for breakfast because I felt if they didn’t keep the room looking clean I could only imagine what their breakfast prep area looked like. I don’t see a place here to upload the pics but definitely not as advertised.

Outdoor BBQ patio needs some work. Can tell it was a nice place to hangout in it's day, but now looks abondoned. No outdoor chairs, recliners, bar stools, etc. Didn't try the BBQ, but assume it doesn't work. The room was clean, furniture seemed dated. Larger TV would be nice. Staff at front desk were very helpful and nice.

The hotel alone wasnt bad, the room arrangement is bad in that you could not sit on the couch and see te tv, or anywhere else other than the bed, kids up all night yelling screaming stomping hitting walls, running p and down the halls all night into the morning. Not a sleep conducive enviroment.

Room was ok but can tell needed to be restored. Dust/possible mold on curtains. Heater/ air conditioner did not work. Found a large crumb under fitted sheet. Room flared up my nasal allergies. Felt like I had been sleepy with a cat over my face.

We stay here every time we’re visiting. And while it may not be the fanciest hotel, it’s been consistent and overall good experience each time. The front staff is very nice. They have a great variety for breakfast and serve for 3 hours every morning. The staff keeps the food coming and tables clean even when the crowd gets heavy. Cleaning staff replenished our towels and made our beds daily, and never left our trash overflowing. The kids loved the pool, even though it would be better if it was a little warmer but hey, they didn’t care! They also have a hot tub available and the base of it is rough but otherwise very nice. I also love that the pool is rarely busy here so we almost always get the place to ourselves and have been allowed bring some of our family over to swim. Coffee is available 24/7 too. I would say some of the amenities (like the pool house, the elevator, more parking) need updating but I they seem to be making improvements regularly. I would highly recommend it here.

Very clean and new hotel. Access following GPS was odd and took us in a back way down winding roads and through an apartment parking lot, but once in the hotel and being there it wasn’t bad. It’s super close to lake worth and has pretty much everything within a couple miles like Walmart, target, gas stations, etc.
