The towels smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall housekeeping was not good at all. There was hair of all sorts on tge shower. The sink was leaking. The extra blanket i was given had cigarette burns.

In the middle of the night someone walked into our room using their room key, the front desk said oh that’s ok we are renovating. There was mould in the bathroom. Lots of weird people around that looked like they would rob you.

**STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.** 1st clue the lobby door has broken locks and a 3rd makeshift one. 2nd dilapidated fence patrolled by unscrupulous people who ask you for a dollar and when you tell them you don't have cash they curse you out. Finally the room was a cesspool atrocious in appearance and in smell with chipped paint broken locks and infested with bugs. We opened the door and left, luckily we found another hotel for the same price with ten times better accommodations and not far from there.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. It was obvious that people were selling drugs on both floors cause you couldn’t get away from the smell. You could see day light through the door and it was closed. And it wasn’t clean. Matter of fact I checked out and went to a different hotel that was 10% better.

All I can say is what a BIG disappointment. It's obvious none of the big wigs perhaps up in NYC have been to this location in South Ft. Worth off I-35 W south.What an awful place and as I am a single male I put up with it but I would not recommend any female of any color stay at this place alone. TOO Dangerous and sketchy !!

It's amazing that this property is still franchised by Wyndham. Live roaches in the room, filthy floor, water running from room above out the wall of the bathroom and pooling on the floor..... lots of yelling and activity at night of all ill-persuasions.... I very nearly left and abandoned my reservation. On the bright side water pressure was good, plenty of hot water (I bring my own showerhead), brightly lit parking lot (so you can watch all the scary people and homeless people in the parking lot), working refrigerator in the room, and wifi wasn't bad on my computer.

The room: No fridge as advertized, no phone in room, drawer near beds never closed, drawers in vanity sticky and gross, floor disgusting, pillows flat, toilet is like 6 inches from tub, remote for tv didnt work. staff: guy at front desk isnt inviting at all. (think he is the owner). "pool guy" when we first arived he was cleaning pool telling how disgusting the pool was and that it needed alot of work. Later in the night he was partying with guests smoking weed, drinking with a huge knife in his waistline. housekeeping? well there is no do not disturb signs but we would come to the room after a long day out and find things slightly different or new towels in the room but nothing else and another day they made the beds but you never knew when they were comming. My son and I both had brand new hats that we discovered were missing when we left. Cant say it was them for sure but its a little weird both hats came up missing. area: does have several food outlets convient such as whataburger, jack in the box, and dennys. But the streets are dirty always some "lady of the night" on the corner. people are always outside the rooms no matter the time. One night there were gunshots from someone shooting there gun in the air after an argument and my son hid behind a trashcan and another guest told him get used to it quit hiding. Sorry this review comes off as rambling but my god this place is bad. There was a motel 6 next door but I thought a days inn would be better quality...no.

They didn't have a room available even though I had one reserved before I got there. They had to go clean a smoking room up so I could stay. The receptionist was wearing sleepwear and slippers with holes in them. Using foul language. Drug deals and drug usage going on all over the place

The area is unsafe at all. Outsiders walk by the courtyard and stare at your car and your room door and talk to you in an unfriendly way. This is not a place for women

Disgusting hotel
It was disgusting, the floor was dirty our feet ended up black. There was a rat in our room, we got changed rooms which was not much better. The sheets were dirty and had cigarette burns. We got told to not open our door at night and if someone from the hotel is at the door they will announce they are house keeping. It was horrid we stayed one night and ended up going to another hotel. I tried to email you about this to talk about getting a refund for the poor state of this place but never heard anything back. To call this property a fleabag hotel would be a disservice to both fleas and bags all over the world. This is honestly one of the most crappiest, most rundown hotels I’ve ever seen in my 48 years of travel. I’m reasonably certain that the ‘property manager’ sell drugs out of their drive up window and I witnessed one prostitution transaction in the parking lot as I checked-in with my 17 year old son. Incidentally, this was not a property that we were seeking to stay in but due to Expedia’s ineptitude, our previous hotel reservation had to be canceled the day of our travel.

There was blood all on wall as you walk in. The bed had hair & makeup on them. There was a hole in bathroom, and Roach’s was crawling all over floor. We did not stay, we were in the room a total amount of 2 minutes!!

WORST HOTEL EVER
Booked a non-smoking room with two queen beds and then got there and they told us they didn’t have anymore and gave us a king bed smoking room, The room was trashed the door handle came off, paint on the walls was all messed up, toilet paper holder was broken, there were bugs in the room, everything about the room was just completely messed up, Service was just absolutely terrible will never come back

We didn't get the room we ordered and rain got in our room where we had a big puddle in the middle of the room. So not only did we have to make due with one bed instead of two, we also had to clean the puddle ourselves

Terrible property. Walked in the room and didn’t stay 30 seconds and decided I would not sleep there. It smelled terrible and the bathroom was in disrepair. The saving grace of this property was the fact that they refunded me no questions.
