I could have rated 5star but i think they don't deserve that from me for the fact that a hotel of it kind should at least have a kettle and tea cups in rooms for guest. I haven't been to a hotel with no kettle and mini ingredients for tea in the room before so i didn't like that. Apart from that, everything were nice.

The room was really nice, unfortunately both of my early mornings were ruined with people on the ground floor outside the property making noise at 5am. The windows were closed - it wasnt ideal, but the staff were very nice and breakfast very nice too. Thank you

The property is a newer building and the rooms are very clean. My room was small but for me it was fine since I was looking for a clean place to sleep and take shower. I definitely would go there again if I wanted to stay in Offenbach.

Good, comfortable stay.
Fairly basic, but spacious rooms. Bathroom is good. Breakfast options are limited in the hotel. It's a cheap alternative for business trips when compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Would stay here again for business no problems, but only if the other hotels around are too expensive at the time.

This property is bare nones. Dont expect anything but a clean room. No restaurant. You must purchase water or soda. No safe in the room, no complimentary bottle of water, no fridge and no ice machine.

It was a great value for money. The room was spacious and clean. Good room service. Such a shame that there was no minibar. The staff was helpful and nice. And there were great transportation around the place. There was not a lot of options regarding dining around the area, but McDonald's was around the corner and was the only place open until late at night, so...

Although this hotel is not centrally located it is a nice hotel and the best beds in Germany...lol. We had a rental so it wasn't much of an issue for dining, sightseeing or shopping. Generally a nice stay.

The hotel was okay and the staff were friendly. There is no chair/sofa in the room so, we had to sit on the bed through out our stay- not a proper way to relax in a room. There is no kettle for tea or coffee- I had to buy electric kettle, tea, milk and sugar.

I loved the view from my room, that the man at the front desk gave me exactly what I asked for. I loved the minimalist style of the room--no chairs, no cups, but lots of space. Was very comfortable.

This has to be by far the worse hotel i have seen in all 20 years as traveler. When booking tru expedia i asked to confirm about availability of oarking space, which i never got an answer, the day of the check in i went to the lobby and let me tell you as a woman i felt terrible unsafe just entering, many men were smoking , drinking right ny the door entrance, one of them made a vulgar gesture with his mouth and face to me, i continue enter to try to speak with supervisor which receptionist told me it was not there that day, i mentioned where is the "parking availability " she said ,there was none , i told her i didnt feel comfortable with the place (specially after the experience and guests at the door) and she just said: i have 17 more check in come inand i m alone , i told her , it s fine i dont want to do the check in uf i can speak with manager , she said ,no possible. I said i wont check in here for safety reasons and i would like to get a refund so i can go and try to fin other hotel. She told me NO. In resume, i tried to speak with them and never even did the check in, what i saw and experienced was enough to understand that place was no safe for me,so i left. At the end, the hotel never refunded me nor expedia helped me. The hotel was stinky since the entrance,people outside and inside smoking (i have allergies to smoke as well) and the receptionist was unprofessional and how come if they had so many check ins..the manager left her alone? Unbelievable

Simple hotel with friendly staff
We had a good experience with Hotel Campanile. Room was basic but newly refurbished and comfortable. I felt it's great value for money. It's also near a bike path that you can use to go to centre of Frankfurt. The only negative thing is that the room wasn't sparkling clean, e.g. there was rubbish of you looked under the bed.

Very nice hotel with a very reasonable price per room. Comfortable beds and pillows, quiet and clean room. However, finding an available parking spot is not always easy. Additionally, no breakfast was available due to the staff shortage.

Wonderful Staff; New Property
The women at the front desk were super helpful, letting me store my luggage when I arrived early, giving me U train directions, and serving me a cocktail at night. I enjoyed my stay there despite it being in the suburbs of Frankfurt.
