Okay for the price. Clean and near to the station. We stayed at the room next to the toilet. The room key (door lock) is broken. You need to "lift" the door to lock it. Toilet rolls were running out, so the guests had to purchase by their own money. We called the hotel to restock but they never answered the phone.

Not really clean apartment, as it was said in reviews. I knew about the location was a bit off, but train to frankfurt main is more frequent at s-bahn (walk 8 mins) than main offenbach station (near the apartment), makes bit inconvenient. spacious room was nice. I would rather chose cheaper and shadder hotels near frankfurt main.

Not a typical hotel
We got to the Green Residence at around 11pm and had sent an email and a voicemail to let them know that we would have a late to nighttime arrival. Upon our arrival we were locked out and could not get ahold of anyone who worked there. After trying to call the office 3 or 4 times we ended up walking to a hotel down the street and had to pay $230 for one night. The next day the green residence called us and said they could make it down to the hotel around 1 or 2pm... 4 hours after we checked out of our new hotel. We decided to just book an air b&b instead of waiting. They contacted us at 4pm(not 1-2pm like they said). We ignored the call and went on with our day. Next thing we know they are calling us asking us to pay the full stay. Unbelievable. Will not recommend this place ever.

Quiet, clean and convienent
It's not a hotel but rather an apartment with rented out rooms. But it was clean, comfortable and we never had a conflict with the shared WC, bathroom or kitchen. We were able to lock our bikes under/to the balcony outside. I would have liked if the cleaning products used in the apt were also bio/green - but its a small complaint. We will stay here again when visiting our Offenbach family.

A nice stay in an antique style building.
Nice place, very quiet big room. There is a small parking place, the access is a bit narrow. When booking, I did not realize that it it is a "pension" house, not a real hotel with shared restroom and shower, what I do not really like, but everything was very clean and the other users were very respectful about the time spent in there. The train station is right there across the street.

Everything was great besides the fact that we waited about an hour in the cold for one of the staff to get us (due to wrong information and miscommunication). The staff was really friendly though and the room was very comfortable. It was overall a great experience and would definitely come back.

Nobody exchanges my first day's towel to new towel
I stayed here for 7days. Nobody cleaned my room for 7days. Nobody let me know Wi-fi password. Nobody exchanges my first day's towel to new towel for 7days. Nobody answered to my email for 7days. I saw a staff and asked to him for a new towel. But he said to me. "NO~!" They are speaking implicitly. 'It's cheap. So we don't give you anything.' There are not a front desk and any staffs who listen to guest's voice. 7일동안 수건교환도 안해주고 이메일요청에 대한 답변도 없음. 인터넷 와이파이 비번도 안알려줌. 7일동안 방청소도 안해줌. 한 남자 직원을 보았고 그직원에게 수건교환을 요청했으나 NO라는 답변만 받음. 프론트데스크도 없고 손님의 말에 귀를기울이지 않음. 다 무시함. 아무것도 안해주는 곳임.

É um hostel!
Não é um apartamento e sim um hostel, mas isso não está explícito no site, são 5 quartos com 1 banheiro e 1 cozinha compartilhada. Por sorte não haviam outros hóspedes nas noites que fiquei por lá, mas imagino a loucura de compartilhar 1 banheiro pra 20 pessoas! O prédio não tem acessibilidade, são três lances de escada e coitados daqueles que estiverem com malas grandes! Do mas o ambiente estava limpo, o quarto era confortável, o metro fica a 100 m e muitas opções de supermercados por perto!

A decoração é muito bonita e durante os 4 dias que tivemos hospedados não houve sinal de qualquer barulho incomodativo, tudo estava limpo e a cozinha estava também bem equipada e organizada. Aconselho a estadia nesta residência e no bairro onde se situa. É um bairro calmo e com vida noturna.

Einfache Ausstattung des Zimmers. Sehr ordentliche moderne Ausstattung der Küche und der Bäder. Man muss halt mit geteiltem Bad klar kommen und ein bischen Glück mit den anderen Gästen haben. Küche ist super praktisch. Eventuell ein bischen hellhörig... Vom Preis- Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.

入口が大変分かりづらく、入口前に来ていたにも関わらず10分程右往左往した。また、客室内は寒くヒーターがあまりきいていないようであった。窓からのすき間風も感じた。部屋にカメムシがいたのには大変驚いた。共用エリアの手拭ペーパーやトイレットペーパーの補充が無かったのには不便を感じた。また、シャワーの温度設定はなぜかお湯にひねると水が出て、水にひねるとお湯が出た。戸惑いを隠せなかった。
