Vacationing with my wife!
Checkin was excellent! The staff accommodated all our needs. My only issue was no refrigerator or microwave and the room was very very small.

We booked the room from 8-12th January 2024 to attend an exhibition. upon arrival when inquired for an iron the staff said all the irons are with guests and I should check again in few hours, went to reception in few hours to find out that they are still out of irons, I was told to check again in the morning but still same answer. Upon inquiring I was told that the hotel only keeps 16 irons for so many rooms which is very unprofessional of them, the staff at reception was very run and uncooperative as well. Also to my surprise there was no coffee maker in the room or in a hallway that almost every hotel keeps one for guests. terrible terrible experience and I would not stay there again.

Good hotel near Frankfurt Main Station. It's a standard Ibis hotel, which means it's clean, comfortable, and with a good breakfast.

Fine, but the hotel could do with a revamp.
Stayed here multiple times and the location is good, but the hotels condition seems to be going now. During my stay they were changing the windows so now they can't be opened! Also, the air conditioning can't be adjusted.

Noise at all hours Vs good location
Small room, no tea or coffee facilities with a small en suite. We stayed for one night at the begging of our trip. The key problem is noise at all hours, doors slamming and you can clearly hear your neighbours above and on both sides. Even though it is in a good location and clean enough; we won't be staying here again.

I was very late for check-in but the service was great. Smooth process really appreciated after the flight. Location is good, not too far from main station and prices tend to be reasonable most of the time

Nice for a short stay
I stayed here for one night on a business trip. Rooms are small but in good condition. I had a lovely view from my window. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't great.

It was hot (room was on the top floor), the air conditioner had been switched to heat. It was also frustratingly noisy in the early mornings as the doors to all the rooms slam as people and housekeeping come and go. No fridge or kettle but comfortable bed and very clean and allowed me to store luggage. The area is good. Would stay there again but I do really hope the slamming doors could be muted more.

It is newer, well managed, and located out of the Train Station District, but still within easy walking distance of the station. For people enjoying a pleasant walk, the Main River promenade extends clear to the old city. A great tip for the times when the hotel isn’t booked out because of a trade fair.

It's tiny. Like, really small. However, if you're looking for a clean room and a quick check-in, it's good. I've stayed in APA hotels in Japan, so the size didn't really make it that difficult for me.
