Water was provided but no blotted opener was provided. No phone charger or usb connection, sheets appeared dirty and not fresh and were very old. No phone in room. No Refregator TV on side of room not allowing to watch from bed. Not happy with this room. They should return my money.

We were looking for an affordable hotel for one night that was close to the train station. This hotel worked out, but it was farther than I expected- about 1 mile. It was a clean and reasonably comfortable hotel.

The hotel seemed very new to us but the service was outstanding, the food is affordable and delicious, and if wasn't for this hotel, we would have had a bad time in Frankfurt. So thank you for the service and positive memory on our honeymoon Eurotrip.

Below Average customer service
It is a recently renovated hotel, clean and comfortable. However, they do not have enough staff and as a result, the service levels are well below an acceptable level. There was no kettle in the room and had to ask a couple of times to get it. The breakfast is a well-below acceptable standard. There is no buffet-style breakfast and instead, you have to request the staff for coffee to toast to everything. With only one staff serving many customers, it was frustrating to get the breakfast.

sehr neues Hotel, entsprechend guter Zustand; aber manches ist so neu, dass es noch nicht fertig scheint: keine Möglichkeit, die Handtücher im Badezimmer aufzuhängen; zwar ist Tee und Kaffee zur Selbstzubereitung auf dem Zimmer, aber kein Wasserkocher; je nach Entfernung der Zimmer zu den Bahngeleisen hört man den Zugverkehr mehr oder weniger deutlich, Restaurant, Bar, Frühstück ist zwar irgendwie da, aber nicht wirklich belebt und benutzbar;

Ein Hotel, das anscheinend noch nicht richtig läuft: völlig neue Badezimmer, aber keinerlei Möglichkeit, Handtücher aufzuhängen; Fernseher, bei dem der Sendersuchlauf noch nicht durchgeführt wurde; Personal, das freundlich, aber sehr unsicher hinsichtlich der Ausführung seiner Aufgaben ist; die Zimmer Richtung Bahnstrecke sind nicht wirklich ruhig.
