We didn’t have hot water for 3 days. It was ridiculous. There were no managers to talk to. No discounts or refunds. No changing rooms. The pool, one of the reasons we booked was closed and not announced until we checked in. Wall paper peeling off the walls, warrants by police officers being served with guns and pounding on the doors. Broken glass windows on exterior side & back doors that were never locked. And clothing hanging in my room from previous guests. Hair on the bedspread. Do not recommend!

The water was cold. We were told to run the water for 15 min to get hot water. The pool was cloudy, almost milky looking. The entire place seemed run down. Glad i down have to stay here anymore.

no locks for doors - staff had to let patrons in and out of their rooms. it appeared that most people staying there were street people and were put there by a third party. also TV service was very limited with very little options as to what was available. bathroom was also very cold. heat from system didnt make it back that far.

The owner lives there. Their kids run all over. Are very rude and rowdy in the pool. There was never any hot water for showers. For 3 days we had cold showers.

Comfy, clean, but needs an adjustment
The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. A couple things I'll note is the faucet handle and the toilet flush power. The faucet handle on the sink was very loose and needs tightening or replaced. The toilet has a hard time flushing down toilet paper. Its not very powerful or rather, its like a gentle flush.

The property was fine, the staff was excellent! Only minor complaint, the pool water was too cold for me, but my daughter had no problem( although she did say it was cols too)! Just don't book through Expedia. They must have some new policy that no longer allows you to cancel ANY reservation..well, I guess you can cancel but they won't give you any refund!!

Bad hotel.
The hotel was in disrepair. There was black mold in the bathroom, a blood stain on my pillow, and there was no hot water. I told the front desk person and she just said she would tell housekeeping. Which is not helpful at all. Is house keeping really responsible for mold remediation?

I only stayed here because other hotels were all booked up. This property just needs a complete renovation. Building is clearly old and dirty, room was noisy, intermittent hot water in the bathroom, microwave and hair dryer didn't work, back entry door (with key card lock) was left unlocked the entire time, so anyone can just come in (safety issue?). It was only about $80 for the night, but I would've paid double to stay at a cleaner/safer place if I had the choice.

We were very dissatisfied with this property. It as dark, dirty and dingy. The front desk clerk greeted us wearing a tank top with his hairy armpits hanging out and a wad of chewing tobacco in his mouth. In all our years of traveling, we have never encountered a hotel like this and we have stayed at Quality Inns in the past. After we had dinner, we came back to the hotel, grabbed our bags and went across the street to the Hampton Inn. This will most likely be the last time we ever stay at a Quality Inn and we certainly will not recommend it to anyone.

Paid cash, credit card was still billed, 3 different charges for more than double what our room cost. Talked to staff several times and they couldn’t get it right. Toilet in room didn’t flush so we had to change rooms after night one. When we came to check in there was no one at the front desk. Finally came and said they were “across the street at the gas station.” Chair in room was so dirty we didn’t even want to sit in it. Got a blanket and covered it up. I’ve never written a bad review before but felt this needed attention.

Staff friendly. Bed clean. Bathroom clean. Very little warm water. Faculty falling apart. Ceiling peeling in bathroom, vent rusty, toilet seat broken in the 1sr room, loose in the 2nd, light shade broken, curtain torn, hallway dirty, entrance dirty and tiles broken and cracked. It you want a cheap room, this is it. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel, it is not.

Needs a lot of repair. Wallpaper was stapled to the wall to repair peeling. Ceiling was peeling in room and bathroom. Drapes were falling out of the wall. Staff were friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Room was clean and we received housekeeping service every day.

Honest Opinion
Well it was a decent place and nice location. Right off of I65, plenty of gas stations, few restaurants etc. service was decent , no complaints. I hear the breakfast is pretty decent but we over slept for that. My only complaints are overall cleanliness if the room, and i did kill one roach. There was a damp maybe mildew odor to the room as well. Other than that not bad of a place

Alright for one night stay
We stayed for one night, when we check in the gentleman was wearing a cut off short not very friendly. Room was clean but water temperature in the shower would keep goong back hot and cold.

Meh stay, but budget friendly.
It was average. Our first room had a nonworking A/C but the nanager was pretty nice and switched rooms for us. Breakfast was decent but waffle house competed. Worst thing quite frankly was the shady looking people that were hanging around nearby the hotel. They just made itcfeel kind if unsafe.

Room was dirty, stains on the comforter, horrible dank smell in room and bathroom. Drawers unusable due to mildew smell. Extremely run down. Unsafe, back door to hall was open, didn’t even feel like there was a latch anymore. Anyone could walk right in. Handle to room was hanging and could probably be opened without key if you tried. Would never stay here again and likely will never stay at any of their other locations. First and last time at a “quality” inn.

The room that we were in had several liquid stains on the walls like like someone had sprayed the walls. The carpets were also extremely old and dirty. The doors to the main parking did not lock. The front office staff were poorly dressed (looked like they had come in from working in a field-dirty shorts and cut-off t-shirts) and had extreme body oder.

The room was only partially cleaned, there was a broken picture on the floor with broken glass, we didn’t have a trash can or soap. I asked the front desk about all of this and they knew about the broken picture, they gave me a pile of soap, and handed me a trash can and told me I was going to need to rinse it first.
