We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone was friendly. It’s very convenient to the marketplace. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was offered on the property.

Nice ambiance. Great balcony view. Kitchenette in room was convenient, equipped with essentials for morning tea and coffee. Plumbing was a bit outdated but water was hot. Skip the breakfast buffet. I would stay again. Rooms are nice and relaxing for lounging.
The check In was slow and was shocked to see there was no help with luggage. After 2 bad rooms, first one my key worked and somebody was already in there and the 2nd room had a leaky toilet . But the staff immediately rectified the situation and gave us a free upgrade and the room was gorgeous !! Over all the stay was very very nice !
One of the top hotels on grand Bahama, highly recommended if you like luxury, I want to enjoy your stay.

PROPERTY TOO DARK IN THE EVENINGS AND FEELS VERY VERY UNSAFE. WAS AFRAIN GOING TO MY ROOM AT NIGHT!! POOR LIGHTING!!!

3 unauthorized holds on my credit card. Had to talk to 4 different staff to find out that they had no explanation……. Check in person did not provide any information about the resort or clear direction on how to find my room.
Great facility here in the Bahamas. Has two restaurants on the property so getting something to eat is very easy. Room was large, clean and comfortable.

Property and island are getting run down. Staff volunteers no information. Docks are unsafe. Corporations have all left and governments are not helping to o revitalize the area. Is not a very pleasant stay if sun is not up. Nothing to do other then the beaches.
