I've stayed here 5 times now and the reason I keep coming back is that it is reliably good quality, friendly and happy staff, I really love the breakfast setup and the facilities are great. Until the next time!

Pulled thought great nice big hotel. Receptionist was very curt, told us no restaurant tonight, wow great just arrived after a long journey, now have to go find a restaurant open. Room very big and spacious, beds comfy as well. A little disappointed no water in rooms and no coffee/ tea making facilities, with there being no bar etc, you could die of thirst and no minibar either. Very strange. At £160 a night I would have expected that x

Very nice and new hotel. Well worth a stay. Very modern and great for a stop over on route to somewhere or for business. Limited choice of places to eat out and about, but enough within a 5 mins walk to keep you full.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Waldhotel Luise. Das Ambiente war sehr schön. Das Haus wurde renoviert und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben in einem Deluxe Doppelzimmer übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sehr schlicht (evt. noch nicht fertig) eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Kurz nach der Anreise stellten wir jedoch fest, dass das Zimmer extrem aufgeheizt und stickig war. Das Problem ist dem Personal bekannt, jedoch ist es scheinbar nicht nötig den Gast darauf aufmerksam zu machen und zumindest die Option auf ein anderes Zimmer anzubieten. Somit war ein angenehmer Schlaf nicht möglich. Schade!

Amazing travel stop
We needed a travel stop between Frankfurt and Zurich and this was an amazing find for our group. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel has a very lodge-like cozy feel. Rooms are large, extremely clean and have the most comfortable beds, linens and softest bath towels we've had along our journey. Restaurant is a little pricey, but quantity and quality make it worth it. Pool and sauna area were a hit with our group including our friend's 4 year old. The only issue we had is that we only had time to stay here for one evening, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Very pleasant stay, only slight issue was that reception closed before I arrived and opened again in the morning after I left, so settling the bill was a bit more complex than it needed to be.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Waldhotel Luise. Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Größe, das Bad ebenso. Der Restaurantbereich mit Terrasse und Lounge sind sehr geschmackvoll in einer Kombination aus modern und landestypisch eingerichtet. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir sehr gern genutzt, war ebenso sehr ansprechend. Wir werden sicher noch einmal das Hotel buchen.

Hi, die Lage ist schön,man erreicht das Zentrum zu Fuß in 20 Minuten. Das Hotel ist Baujahr 1985 hat eine Sauna und ein Schwimmbad in gutem Zustand.Es ist ein gemütliches Haus.. Statt des bestellten Menüs gab es aus organisatorischen Gründen ein Büfett,was wir persönlich bedauerten.

Wunderbares Ambiente in Zimmer und Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal an Rezeption und im Lokal. Sie vermitteln: der Gast darf sich wohl fühlen. Gemütlicher, sauberer und funktionierender Spa-Bereich. Das Essen im Lokal am Abend und das Frühstück sind umfangreich und außerordentlich lecker!

Wunderschön modern renoviertes Hotel (an Straße)
Sehr schönes Wochenende verbracht. Schön und modern renoviertes Hotel, geschmackvoll und hochwertig, sehr sauber. HP (3 Gang Menu) absolut zu empfehlen! Sehr gut. Was man wissen sollte: trotz bester und teuerster Kategorie (Juniorsuite), Lage nicht optimal, Zimmer liegen sehr nah an der gut befahrenen Straße! Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, war das Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern sehr, sehr laut…das hätten wir bei einem Waldhotel nicht erwartet…dafür war die Juniorsuite sehr geräumig, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. 2. Kaffeemaschine wäre beim morgendlichen Andrang zu empfehlen! Dafür Kaffee sehr gut ;-)

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Nur schade, dass keine Minibar/Kühlschrank im Hotelzimmer vorhanden war.

Wir sind zum 3. Mal da gewesen und wie immer eine schöne Zeit gehabt! Die Lage der Hotelanlage ist sehr bezaubernd und die Mitarbeiter, welche man schon persönlich kennt, sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant hat uns mit einem guten Menü, mit regionalen und interessanten Gerichten sehr gut gefallen. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna waren sehr gute Abwechslung, sauber und angenehm. Die Zimmer, je nach Kategorie haben alle gute Ausstattung. Wir werden beim nächsten Besuch wieder da ein Zimmer buchen! Vielen Dank an Fatime, Christine und Conni für den tollen Aufenthalt!
