We will inform you that every guest, who has booked their stay through a tour operator, must also make any change like hotel change or prolongation via travel agency, to not lose further service such as transfer. We are very sorry for the misunderstanding, but on our sun terrace are also the balinese sunbeds, which our guests can reserve for an additional charge of 10 €/day at our reception. For this reason, our staff is obliged to control this and to inform kindly our guests in case of non-payment. Gentilissimo/issima ospite, Grazie per aver trascorso le sue vacanze nel nostro hotel SBH Crystal Beach Hotel & Suites e averci valutato. Sia molto contenti che le sia piaciuto in generale il nostro hotel. La posizione perfetta del hotel permette l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia pubblica e non è lontano da vari centri commerciali, bar e ristoranti. Morro Jable, Jandia, Gran Tarajal e Puerto del Rosario sono facilmente raggiungibili in autobus, la fermata dell'autobus si trova ameno di 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Vorremmo ricordare che i nostri ospiti hanno anche la possibilità di visitare il nostro ristorante a tema, Mare Nostrum, una volta alla settimana, che offre un menu molto orientato al pesce, ma vengono preparati anche deliziosi piatti di carne. Da lì si può anche godere della splendida vista sul mare. Non vediamo l'ora di potervi accogliere presto di nuovo

Con respeto al horario de nuestro restaurante principal queremos comentar que el horario en invierno es de 18.00 horas a 21.00 horas y en verano de 18.30 horas a 21.30 horas y lo sentimos mucho si no son horarios quizás tan apropiados para nuestros huéspedes de nacionalidad española, francesa o italiana, que desean cenar más tarde. Lamentamos si no se le ha informado por adelantado sobre cualquier coste adicional. Los suplementos para ciertos servicios adicionales como wifi suelen ser muy comunes en muchos hoteles. También ofrecemos un servicio premium, que incluye wifi como también cesta de frutas y 1 botella de agua en el día de llegada, caja fuerte, albornoz, toalla de piscina, servicio de café y té en la habitación. Estudiaremos la posibilidad de añadir más canales en español. Podemos asegurarle que sus comentarios serán tomados muy en serio por nosotros y nos ayuda a mejorar nuestros servicios.
