Good for a transit up north
We stayed here for one night as a transit stop on our way up north, and just needed a clean and quiet place to sleep. The place is fine, basic. Friendly staff, very clean and good value for money. It's very nice that the hotel has its own garage, to park your car (for a small fee) safely at night. The room was small but fine for price, pretty decent bathroom. What could be improved: the ventilation and the pillows (too hot and pillows tiny). Basic breakfast, no frills apartment building converted to a hotel.

Night halt place
The rooms are small but have everything, it's just a night halt place. Had a problem with check in the number they provided was not answered. Some how got the keys due to a staff who was off duty.

Pretty Poor
Room didn't get serviced, poor pillows, Windows not open so very stuffy. We're not given code for locked door at night so had to phone. But breakfast whilst basic was good. Shower also good. Overall a big disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback, we are thankful for your opinion and will keep that in mind for the future. It was unfortune that you didn't get the code for the front door, for that I'm sorry. During weekends we have limited housekeeping. For security the windows aren't possible to open by guests but we are happy to assist. I hope you give us another try when visiting Gävle again:)

Some rooms are so small, unbelievable small! If you stay and only to sleep, that is enough. If you are on business trip, I strongly suggest that you stay another hotel. The last night, wifi was down. So terrible and I never stay this hotel. But hotel stuff are good and charming.

Fräscht och prisvärt för övernattning
Fräscht rum och smidig incheckning där jag fick kod till en nyckelbox då jag anlände sent. Detta ska förbokas via receptionen. Bra frukost utan några större excesser men allt som behövs. Ett ganska litet men fräscht rum med enkelsäng av hårdare slaget. Vattenkokare, kaffe och te fanns på rummet.

Enkelt och okey
Man får vad man betalar för. Ett enkelt hotell för övernattning. Inget annat. Oftast är hotell dyrt i Gävle och då är detta prisvärt. Men om priset är nån hundring lägre än Scandic eller Clarion skulle jag hellre välja dessa. 2Home väljs bara när prisskillnaden är för stor.
