Booked several days to attend a funeral, had a family disaster and requested a partial refund or some sort of good will gesture. I appreciate the deal we booked was non refundable but under the sad circumstances of my mother being hospitalised I did expect some gesture, but no. You'd think then that having paid for the night before we arrived, we wouldn't be told that check in wasn't till 2pm. Otherwise it was ok. When we next visit family we won't be staying there so it was very short sighted to choose not to help us.

Did sleep for one night as either next door or above me either with me me up in the middle of the night or I couldn't get to sleep as things were dropped. Promises made as an iron, opening my safe to no avail except for the day before I left. Was charged for 2 persons even though I was there alone. Public transport was there and ok, but it is far away from everything and you really need a car.

Nice hotel.
Reception is very nice. They are helpful and friendly. Food is quick and tasty. Wine also very good. I would stay again.

The best of Geleen
Was in Geleen working and stayed here for two nights. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Also the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Great location near hockey arena, downtown, train station Competent, friendly, accommodating, staff Great restaurant: The best breakfast I’ve had in Europe The biggest schnitzel I’ve ever had anywhere: ‘ we don’t want you go away hungry’

It was an average night. The room was good. The hotel was clean. It was what you expect from a hotel, but the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I reccomend getting the breakfast included.

Probably great for business stay. Rooms in need of an update. Only stayed in Geleen because most hotels fully booked due to major event in Maastricht where had wanted to stay.

Nice friendly service from the receptionist/bar tender. Has a nice relaxed feel to it. No frills but pretty ok.

The hotel was old and tired. There was no hair dryers since they were all stolen. Hotel staff was nice enough to bring their personal hair dryer in from home. Would not recommend.
