Great
Rooms were adequate with great Aircon. Bed was a little too squashy for my liking as I prefer a hard mattress. Staff were extremely friendly and bar well stocked.

Quality offering
A very decent family hotel with nice dining room and great breakfast. Decent room with good facilities. The area around seems to attract younger party goers in the evening and traffic can be noisy for part of the night though.

Small room in a good quality hotel
The hotel ticked all the boxes for a short but comfortable stay. The room was clean and well furnished. The internet was in good working order and the breakfast was filling with a good selection. The room itself was on the small side, with the air conditioning unit by the entrance and then what is no more than a corridor (outside the bathroom) into the room. This means with the AC on, it is cooler here than the room as a whole (consequentially, as waste of energy). The hotel was previously part of the Best Western chain, and some of their old branding remains. The hotel would do well to remove any mention of this, as it is better than my general experience of the Best Western chain

Three Keys was Great!!
We chose this hotel out of desperation. We rarely make advance reservations because we like freedom to decide how long we will stay. Most of the time it's fine' this time there was a festival and all was full except this 7.3 rated place in a no where town. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! I usually find places overrated, this one, highly underrated. I would give it 9 plus. Everything from breakfast to room condition was outstanding. I guess it went thru a remodel since last rated.

Old hotel feel, but adequate for short stay
It looks nice going in, but it is an old hotel and feels like it. A lot of old, wood furniture painted a strange green colour, showers you can easily fall in and a need to open all the windows to fight the musty smell. Breakfast was adequate, but not exceptional. It is probably the best hotel in the area so hopefully you only need a couple nights.

Review of Les Trois Cles Hotel in Gembloux.
Space for a couple of chairs would have been a vast improvement but apart from that, the room was quite comfortable although a little cramped i.e. generally lacking in space.

A colleague recommended me this hotel, so I tried it and also some others in the area. I found Les 3 Cles the best option and keep coming back here. The building and rooms are in a good condition, everything is clean, service is friendly, Internet connection is good (at least on the second floor where I stay). Breakfast is good too, could use some more vegetables though.

We arrived around 8:30pm. By 9pm there were no food left from the restaurant and the hotel is far from a town. It's out of nowhere. We check out the next day and found out me and my little son, we slept in the same bed while my sister and my daughter slept on the other bed, me and my son got bitten by bed bugs or something like that. Terrible!

Hotel was fine for overnight stay a little far out for sightseeing staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was free so can't really complain but the signal was weak and several times disconnected.

Lovely big room with a small balcony. Set far enough back from the road so that road noise was not an issue. Good value Plat du Jour in the restaurant. Wifi was not working in our room.

I ask for Laundry service...
well was not bad until I check out and find out that laundry service was costing me 113 euros or almost 150 USD. It was just one wash...I was lucky I did not stay longer and ask them to wash my t-shirts few more times...

This hotel was best situated for me by my customer
Hotel was fine, friendly. Food in the Brassica was excellent very large meals, good quality and value for money. Located not far from the centre. Rooms were clean and suited my purpose which was travelling on business.

Spacious Room
I have never seen a hotel bathroom as spacious as the one at this hotel. The room had plenty of space, even after adding two single beds for my kids. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect English. The salmon at the brasserie is excellent! My young children were too noisy and boistrous for the restaurant or brasserie, but the staff was mostly good natured about having them there. I had to brush off my rusty French since the waiter didn't speak English, but it added to the adventure! The playground is, in my opinion, appropriate for children over the age of five.

Chambre propre dans un hôtel en travaux. Mais une personne était déjà présente dans la chambre que l'on m'a attribuée. Un membre du personnel qui faisait une sieste. Juste surprenant... Une autre chambre m'a été donnée. Veilleur de nuit pas forcément d'une amabilité exemplaire :ouvrir la porte dans la nuit semble lui poser problème. Je ferai en sorte de ne pas retourner dans cet endroit.
