Liked how modern everything seemed. Bathroom area was very clean. There was an ant on the bathroom floor but that wasn't a big deal and we didn't mention it. The only thing that bothered me was the room smelled like cat pee. When the AC unit went on it was stronger. Our unit was on the end so perhaps a feral cat was spraying against the building? When checking out, no one was at the desk to mention it so we just dropped the keys in the provided box and left.

The location was convenient for shopping, dining, downtown Gettysburg and all the historic attractions. The bed was comfortable. Showering was a challenge because the combination of the shower pan and the body wash they offer made it extremely slick. They had a supposed non slip pad you could put down but it did not stick rendering it useless. They allow pets and there was a small dog barking from the time we got back into our room around 7pm our 2nd night until around 3am. I thought about calling the front desk but I decided against it because it was clear the owners weren't there. Aside from these 2 issues, it was overall a very nice hotel.

We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay, however we are sorry to hear about the barking dog. Please contact the front desk whenever you encounter a situations like this so we may address it. There is a possibility that the barking was coming from an ADA dog and was trying to get help for their owner, thankfully this was not the case but we would have liked to address the matter with the owner so it doesn't happen in the future. Thank you for your response and we look forward to your return.

Unfortunately we checked in and the first room had hair in the beds and on the floor and tib. Was moved to sevond room with the same problem. We got a refund and left. The front desk was very helpful though.

Finding Holiday Inn Express Gettysburg should have been easier than it was. Once off the main road you really had to wing it. We followed the GPS directions but kept hitting dead ends. A sign or two would have helped. Once checked in, everything went well. The front desk employee was a font of knowledge and gave us a great tip for dinner. Our room was clean, had the best access to parking, and the beds were very comfortable. I look forward to any excuse to return.

This hotel was amazing. When we checked in the lady was very apologetic because their system was down but she was still able to get us our room and did not inconvenience us at all. The room was clean. They had a great assortment for breakfast more than the usual holiday express.

My only complaint was that the signage was difficult to spot when we entered from the far site of the mall road. Otherwise terrific hotel!

We booked this hotel going by reviews and they did not disappoint. The stuff was friendly, attentive and very helpful with our needs. The facility was kept clean and tidy. It was convenient for both our ski/snowboard visit to Liberty Mountain Resort as well as for Gettysburg excursion.

Nothing to dislike. A 6 year old Holiday Inn Express that was very modern and exactly what I expected. The staff was friendly and excellent. The breakfast was better than average..not one complaint.

It's set back and a bit difficult to find at first but once there it's easy. Its very near the Outlet Shops in Gettysburg but a short drive from the battlefield (10 min.). Not really walkable but an easy straight drive down Baltimore St. The hotel is very clean and well appointed. It's a relatively new hotel and feels fresh and clean. The breakfast was great. I will stay there again as it's much cleaner and nicer than many hotels around Gettysburg.
