My family and I had multiple 'surprise and delight' moments throughout our stay. We arrived at noon, expecting to drop off our luggage and were pleasantly surprised when we were able to enter our room early. We stayed in the Apartment suite and loved every minute of it. The staff was friendly and attentive. A truly exceptional experience.

We lije the Gran Hotel Friendly and professional staff. Great services . Rooms are nice the bathrooms are great and you get all accessories and additions that you need on a room. Comfortable and great view.
