Unfortunately the room overlooked a security gate and the staff were loud with thier banter and radios which was a bit of a distraction from the serene environment. The overall hotel estate is worn and tired, looks like it has not been maintained in years. We were there for one night and wanted to go to the bar/restaurant with the view of the ocean. We were told it was full and therefore had to eat in a “pub” type restaurant next to a security gate.……

“When we arrived they showed us to the wrong room. They allocated a room with one double bed for 4 people. The replacement room was dirty and had a terrible mouldy smell. When is was bed time we found dead ants under the pillows and blankets. The tv also only had one canal. There was no WiFi in the room as promised on the web. When we enquired we were told the room is to far from the office to use WiFi. I have to give a huge compliment to all the staff for their great service. ”
