Staff attention to my wife and me was incredible. They do really appreciate you as guests. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. Rooms have a small living room and kitchenete. You have to ask for iron if you need one. Breakfast options were a lot better than others of the area. They speak English.

Great hotel and friendly city
Lovely hotel and a friendly City. We stayed as part of a travelling support for a Basketball tournament. Everyone had a fabulous time in the city.

Inexpensive, clean, and with a very friendly and helpful staff. Located on the fringe of the city center, everything was within walking distance. Definitely met our needs and exceeded our expectations.

Ace of Spades
This new hotel was Immaculate. The staff members were delightful and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and quite tasty. The "deck of cards" decor was funky -- but it worked.

located in the central city area, and there are supermarket and restaurant nearby. so it is very combenient to stay. And breakfast is very delicious with variety of food.

Gute Lage mit Mängeln.
Gute Lage. Was nicht so top war. Schimmel an der Klimaanlage, Wasser aus der Klimaanlage tropfte auf die Kofferbank. Schlechter Abfluss der Dusche. Frühstück war okay.

wszystko ok
Byłam któryś już raz w tym hotelu. Nie mam zastrzeżeń. Przyjeżdżam sama i ze znajomymi na imprezy taneczne, które zwykle są bardzo udane. Wyposażenie p[okojów jest skromne , ale spójne i wystarczające. Nie pamietam czy na oknach są zasłony zaciemniejące , ale sądzę , że tak. Sniadania ok.

W tym hotelu byłem po raz drugi. Jeden raz z rodziną a teraz sam. Zarówno wtedy jak i dziś obsługa przemiła, Będąc z rodziną nie dość, że zamiast zamówionego pokoju zwykłego otrzymaliśmy za tę samą cenę pokój studio z minikuchnią, dodatkową sofą. Teraz chciałem pokój na samym końcu i najlepiej obok pokoju pustego. Chciałem po prostu odpocząć i na chwilę pobyć sam z myślami nie słysząc żadnych innych głosów zza ściany, czy stuków, czy innych podobnych. Otrzymałem całe piętro dla siebie !!! Tani parking jak na Gniezno i tojeszcze blisko centrum miasta. Do rynku i katedry pół godziny spacerem praktycznie deptakiem. Śniadania smaczne, może nic niesamowitego, ale wszystkiego aż nadto. Polecam restaurację. Bardzo przytulne kanapy, spokojna muzyka, miła obsługa. Nie ma specjalnie dużego wyboru, ale wierzcie mi Państwo w bardzo przystępnej cenie szef kuchni przechodzi samego siebie. Możecie mi wierzyć, że jest to tylko i wyłącznie moja ocena, nie jakiś sponosorowany komentarz. Jestem wręcz zachwycony, bo spędziłem dokłądnie te dwa dni tak jak chciałem - ze swoimi myślami w przytulnym pokoju. Gorąco polecam.

średni, pomimo ładnego wystroju.
Hotel jako miejsce, jako obiekt i budynek i aranżację - dobry. Obsługa: nie spodobała mi się i ze względu na nich zakładam i mam nadzieję że nie będę musiała już wrócić do tegoż hotelu przy kolejnych podróżach służbowych do Gniezna. Nie spodobało mi się: - wprowadzenie na parking z którego potem musiałam tyłem wyjeżdżać będąc w stanie absolutnego zmęczenia. Pani Recepcjonistka która wspaniałomyślnie wpadła na ten pomysł nawet nie raczyła podjeść i pokierować mnie przy wyjeździe. - żelazko: brak przyniesienia do pokoju; - nieuprzejme poinformowanie że nie wystawiają faktur, przy logowaniu poprzez hotels.com
