Needs more lights and a better set up
Strange set up - rooms are dark and the hotel has a strong smell of cigarettes. The resultante puts all red wines in a very cold refrigerator - I mean expensive wine.

Easy location to go around the best restaurants and shopping centers. Didn't like towels and showers look old and cheap

Property is fine, just comment on cleaning. We left at 10:00 and asked fir our car (info was avalable), came back at 15:00. Room was not yet cleaned. While we were resting cleaning lady knocked on door. Mmmmm

It was ok We had a little issue with cleaness but the hotel was very helpful and changed our room right away

Great hotel!
Great localization and service. Breakfast is delicious! There are so many options. There's even tapioca and pamonha - traditional Brazilian treats. I would stay there again for sure.

Great option to stay in Goiania!
Very good hotel in Goiania, with a good price, including a excelent breakfast! The only reasor for not rating quality of the staff and their service is that I requested a sandwich with a ciabata bread and I got hamburguer bread instead of. I recommend!

Ótima opção
O hotel está a cada dia melhor. A maioria dos apartamentos foram revitalizados e ficaram muito agradáveis. O café da manhã é ótimo, o serviço do manobrista é excelente, mas com certeza Kamila e Fernando na recepção são elementos-chaves que cativam os hóspedes com a gentileza e prontidão para atender. Acredito que o prédio precise de uma reforma do lado de fora. O prédio possui azulejos faltando na fachada. Pelo que notei, a reforma está próxima. Assim que a fachada estiver revitalizada, com certeza o hotel estará mais do que perfeito.

Hotel com excelente custo-benefício, atendentes educados e prestativos, limpeza adequada em todas as instalações. Café da manhã bom, sem surpresas. Pelo menos no quarto que fiquei, tudo impecável. Hotel bom, mas já foi melhor! Necessário atenção!
O hotel já melhor! Sou uma cliente frequente e dessa vez um funcionário foi bem grosseiro no momento do check-out, embora ele tenha pedido desculpas depois que reclamei, é algo muito sério e espero que não ocorra mais. Os demais funcionários sao gentis e educados. O café da manhã tbm caiu na qualidade, no domingo, antes das 10h da manhã, ja não tinha quase nada mais, a reposição estava bem fraca. Solicitei um ferro de passar roupas, trouxeram um que não funcionava, e depois não conseguiram enviar outro, mesmo após horas. O hotel é bom, todavia é necessário atenção para não cair na qualidade e perder clientes.
