Lovely complex multiple small pools plenty of sun loungers. Approximately 15/20 minute walk into town. Only down side is the pool bar which is the only bar onsite closes at 10pm

Nice hotel, staff and location less than ideal.
Comfortable rooms and nice pool and environs, but staff a bit grumpy. Most of the hotels in the area are all inclusive and it is a fair walk to the shopping centre and restaurants.

On the positive, it's a great location to explore from. On the negative, the reception staff seemed to view it as a chore to do anything; there was no hot water in our room for the first 24 hours - it took 3 visits to reception for that to be resolved; and steer clear of the restaurant buffet - expensive and very poor.

ME AGRADÓ QUE TUVIESE TODAS LAS COMODIDADES DENTRO DEL APARTAMENTO Y ZONAS DE DESCANSO/ENTRETENIMIENTO EN LAS ZONAS COMUNES. LAS PISCINAS DEBERÍAN GRADUARLAS ENTRE 18°-20° NO MÁS, YA QUE AL SALIR SE SIENTE EL CAMBIO DE TEMPERATURA.

El hotel en sí no estaba mal pero si te gusta el jaleo y el ambiente de "guiri", si no, mejor no, aunque es de los más tranquilos de esa zona, porque Gran Canaria es así.

Hotel au calme, bien équipé. Plusieurs piscines bien entretenues, salle de sport, coins jeux intérieurs et extérieurs pour les enfants 10/15 minutes des plages et restaurants à pieds. Possibilité de se restaurer toute la journée à l'hôtel Seul bémol : un petit couac niveau ménage pendant notre séjour

Sehr solide Unterkunft, in der man gut einen Urlaub verbringen kann. An einigen Stellen merkt man, dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber das Personal bemüht sich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, auch wenn die Zimmerreinigung etwas verbessert werden könnte. Etwas umständlich sind sie lediglich zwei Ein- / Ausgänge, da die Anlage recht weitläufig ist. Im Schlafzimmer konnte man leider die Fenster nicht öffnen. Pluspunkt für die Barrierefreiheit in der gesamten Anlage!

Perfekt Hotell
Väldigt bra hotell med små radhus, suverän frukost med stort urval av varmt och kallt. Flera uppvärmda pooler. 15 min lätt promenad till fin strand. När många fina butiker och restauranger. Perfekt vistelse.

Fueron muy amables, el piso tenía todo lo que necesitabamos. Tuvimos una incidencia y nos quedamos sin agua caliente, lo señalamos y nos cambiaron la caldera en el momento, aunque era ya de noche. Impecable y muy recomendable, muchísimas gracias!

Wir waren mit unserer 16 jährigen Tochter im Caybeach und hatten gar nicht damit gerechnet, dass sie auch ein eigenes Bad bekommt, was natürlich sehr schön war, überhaupt, dass sie Ihren eigenen, separaten Bereich hatte. Wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht und waren auch hier angenehm überrascht: Gute Auswahl und alles frisch, auch täglich mit kleinen Variationen, etwa beim Käse oder bei frischen süßen Speisen wie frischen Waffeln oder Pancakes. Auch Omelette konnte man sich nach Wahl zubereiten lassen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer beim Frühstück war auch sehr schön. Insgesamt eine ruhige Anlage im Herbst. Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Die Poolanlage haben wir gar nicht genutzt, da wir immer gerne am Meer sind. Zum wunderschönen Strand ist es ein wenig zu Gehen, aber an der Promenade mit Geschäften und direkt am Meer eher wunderbar. Man sollte allerdings keine Probleme mit längeren Gehstrecken haben. Wir können das Caybeach weiterempfehlen, es war für uns sehr angenehm und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Estan muy bien la habitación/bungalow con cocina, y muy practico, lo unico es el horario de cena muy pronto de 19:00 a 21:00 y a las 21:00 cierran el buffet, no volveré a coger media pension solo alojamiento y desayuno, que esta muy bien.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Da wir in der Nebensaison waren, war das Hotel der perfekte Ort für einen Aufenthalt. Darüber hinaus bietet es zahlreiche (kostenlose oder kostenpflichtige) Dienstleistungen für Gäste an. Der Umgang mit dem Personal sehr gut, die Zimmer bescheiden ausgestattet, aber haben genug, um Ihnen einen guten Aufenthalt zu verbringen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
