Great stay near the track
We had a group of racers from the nearby track in Cresson - Easy to get to and lots of food options near by - The place was great and easily accommodated our large group of 13.. Absolutely loved the property and everyone staying was thinking about renting for future family get aways - The positives - Great kitchen, open spaces, never felt crowded - Nice backyard with pool and view. Negatives, none really.. Maybe 5 minutes closer to town, but completely worth the extra 5 minutes.. Lots of wildlife around that added to the charm.. Absolutely perfect.

We had a great stay at this charming lake house. The owners were very responsive and communicative! The location on the lake along with the fire pit made for an awesome relaxing spot for a spring getaway.

We love this house!
This was a great, open floorplan to get the family together to celebrate my Mom’s 70th bday. The property management is amazing! The house itself is awesome. Highly recommend!

This is the PERFECT home on the Lake
Pictures are great, but know, they don’t do this property justice. We chose to do our family trip here, and it was more than perfect. Has everything for everyone in your family to enjoy. The views, the sun setting over the lake, the plush green grass, the large rooms, the pool and shade, access to swim and fish by the dock, and so much more. We did not want to leave! Book it, you won’t regret it! (We have already had a referral book for next summer) The property manager took excellent care of any of our questions. Our kids, 7-10 yrs old said, “Best place we have ever stayed”!!! ~we will return again~ Thanks!!

Girl's Weekend
We really enjoyed our weekend in this home on Granbury Lake. The house was very clean and roomy for the 10 of us. It's in a great location on the lake, and although it was too cold to get in, the house seems to have everything you would need to have a great time on the lake. During our stay, the water was shut off to all the houses around us. The owner was quick to communicate with us, and she even offered to give us credit for bottled water. I do have a few suggestions however. There is only 1 roll of cheap toilet paper provided per bathroom, so make sure you bring some extra if you have a large group. Also, only 1 roll of paper towels is provided. The kitchen had the minimum supplies and could use some plastic bags, plastic wrap etc. Also, there was no pitcher for iced tea, so bring your own. We are definitely looking forward to booking another weekend in this house.

Granbury Lake House
Huge rooms, very comfortable, big kitchen, wonderful views of the lake and sunsets. Pool and outdoor table area very nice. Crazy neighborhood though, every kind of structure, from very large and nice to falling down shacks.

A Relaxing Home
We booked this house last minute, and we have no regrets! The house was beautifully done, spacious and the view of the lake and pool were spectacular, especially during sunset. Cooking meals were easy. Our kids loved the pool and home theater. They were sad to leave. Bedrooms were very comfortable. My only criticism would be the level of cleanliness. Overall, everything was clean enough. But for the cleaning fee, it could be cleaner in certain areas like the inside of the microwave and fridge. One bathroom could have also used more attention. But it is a very large home and probably easy to overlook those things. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Great Experience
The entire experience was great. The property was nicer than expected......clean, spacious, beautifully landscaped, and the property manager was very attentive to the cleanliness of the pool and yard. It was very windy while we were there and the property manager kept the backyard and pool clean of leaves and small limbs. Would definitely use this property again.

Memorial Day weekend getaway
Beautiful large home on stunning piece of property on Lake Granbury. Large space with large bedrooms perfect for large group gathering with plenty of space for big group. Pool was an added bonus to enjoy during our stay. Only suggestion to make stay more pleasant would be to have some kitchen towels for use in the kitchen and some more bath towels (and lather size bath towels) in the bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this home!

Family Retreat
The home is very well organized with plenty of space. The exterior is great and the pool is definitely a plus. An extra addition is the game room and media room. The only negative is our visit was too short! Can't wait to book another trip!

Beautiful Setting
The home was spacious with beautiful views of the lake and a beautiful outdoor area. If you’re spending the majority of your time outside, I would recommend this property. While the house is spacious, it was not very clean. There were several hairs in the bathrooms, mounds of trash under the cushions in the theater room, and the kitchen had several crumbs, both in the cabinets and on the counter tops. We had a group of girls sitting in the dining area at about 9am on Saturday morning and looked up to find a man in the backyard. Turned out he was there to clean the pool, but it would have been nice to have some sort of notice to expect him to be there as we were all in pajamas in front of the large windows and weren’t expecting anyone. I want to note that I sent this information to the host and they offered me 10% off on my next stay which I appreciate, however I would not stay here again for the price I paid, or for a 10% discount.

Perfect multi-family getaway with so much indoor/outdoor space!
Our family + three others stayed on the property for a long weekend over spring break. We have quite a few kids ranging in ages from 1 to 11. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The closets are huge, so we brought pack & plays and babies fit in there for more quiet sleep. Older kids loved the game room, and made pallets in the media room to sleep even though there were open beds they could have slept in. Huge open kitchen & living room area. We had activities planned off the property (Short drive to Glen Rose for Fossil Rim & Dinosaur World), but surprisingly would have been great to hang out on the property more as well. Tons of outdoor space. Kids swam in the pool even though it wasn’t heated, gated porch was shaded and perfect for little kids who couldn’t swim to play without worrying they would get to the pool. Lots of grassy space as well. Loved the fire pit for s’mores at night. Revolver brewery was also very close, and we enjoyed some time there as well. Owner communicated very well. I would highly suggest this home for bigger groups wanting to get away for an easy vacation that isn’t complicated!

In general it was amazing! The place was spotlessly clean and spacious, the view was great, the kitchen was fully stocked. There were a couple of snafus; the gate wasn't working, there were no instructions on the thermostat, and the laminated instructions were different from the info we had been emailed. There was no firewood for the fire pit but the property manager nicely had some brought over for us right away. I can't even take away a star for those things because they didn't detract from how wonderful our trip was. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home and lakeside view
Had a great time with family and friends. Got everything we needed. The ping pong table was a hit! The lake view was unbeatable! I believe owner provided extra fruit and s’mores for our group since I complained that the pool closure (due to the season) was not known during the booking until upon my inquiry. Owner did not offer a discount as a result but the extra goodies were nice. Suggestions to owner: Let folks know about the seasonal closure of the pool, have a few bigger pots available. It was a good experience celebrating Christmas in this home. Thank you!

Great layout.
The layout of the home was great. Spacious kitchen & well equipped. The only problem we had was the inability to use so many great features of the home. Starting a fire with the firewood provided was extremely difficult and we eventually gave up trying so s’mores by the fire was a bust. There’s a great media room, too bad we could never get the projector working so that the kids could have movie night. Great pool outside but it was covered for the season so even though it was 85+ degrees laying around the pool wasn’t happening either. The game room was nice and the kids did spend a small amount of time in there. Overall I could see it being a great early summer or late spring vacation home.
