First entered into hotel room medication was on the bathroom counter, blue dried what looked like shaving cream on the shower curtain and the soap pump didn't work in the shower.

Great Staff and Service! The location and ease of booking as awesome. All positives including free breakfast selections, cleanliness and comfortable room. Only negative was a group of guests drinking in hot tub for hours and creating a less than ideal environment for all other guests. Not anyone's fault but bad luck for the rest of us.

Hotel looks clean however, they are dated. The beds for us are were the most heartbreaker. We couldn't sleep very well, they need to be replaced. AC is also not updated, heater was set too high and had to run in cool mode middle of the night. No remote option as well.

Hot tub not working, first night excellent and quiet. Second night kids running up and down halls all evening and rooms poorly insulated. Heard conversations as if I was in the same room.

Super clean, a really nice hotel. My only gripes were that the hot tub was not in service (which we were looking forward to using), and the pool was really cold with space heaters all around it. Overall, I would stay again.

My family stayed for one night and aside from a few issues we were happy with our stay. It’s conveniently located close to shopping and dining and also nearby the UND campus if you are in town for an event. We arrived shortly after checkin time, but were told our room wasn’t ready and to come back in 20 minutes. When we returned the person at the front desk was having difficulties locating our reservation which substantially lengthened checking in. She was very kind and apologetic, but there seemed to be some issue with the reservation system. After providing her a copy of our reservation confirmation she was able to get us into a room. The room was adequate for our needs and relatively clean, my only complaint is that the carpets were in desperate need of a deep clean. The bottoms of our feet/socks were black by bedtime. Other than that the room was clean and everything in good working order. The TVs are not set up for streaming, so be sure to bring an HDMI cable and adapter if that is something you are wanting to do. The common areas were clean and updated. We left before breakfast, but I appreciate that it is offered. Checkout was easy. Although it wouldn’t be my first choice, I would stay there again.

Great Stay aside from Check-in Hassle
We were coming in from a wedding reception and arrived at 12:30am tired from the drive. During check-in when the front desk clerk tried to run my card for incidentals, it was declined. We ran it 3 times and the same issue. We tried a different card and the same issue. It ended up being an computer connection issue with their system. Finally, after about 15 minutes, the clerk just checked us in without running a card for the incidentals. It was frustrating to have that hassle that late at night after such a long trip. Other than that small issue, the rest of the stay was great. The room was large, clean and comfortable and the other areas of the hotel looked clean and well cared for.

I did not like that at 4:30 in the afternoon my room was still not ready. Checkin was supposed to be at 4. I had an even I had to be to by 5, so I was nkt able to wait any longer and had to wait to checkin until my event was over. To not have rooms ready by 4:30 is crazy to me. It is darn near supper time. Also did not see any management around to make sure things where getting done and taking care of the customers. Other than the checkin, once I was able to get into my room it was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good excpet there was no coffee as i guess the coffe pots where broken. If you are going to charge $150 to $200 dollars per night, customers should at least get to checkin at checkin time and at the very least have some coffee for your customers!

I told staff when I arrived that my girlfriend would be coming with our dog, I was told there would be a $75 pet fee which I said was fine take it off the card I gave for incidentals. But then on the 13th I had a charge on my account for $276 and then again on the 15th for a pet cleaning fee cause the pet was not authorized even though I said I would have one when I checked in…
