At first glance, I wasn't too sure, but the staff was friendly, the rooms were out-dated but comfortable, the pool area was great. Over-all it was it was a good choice.

The only issue I had was I requested no one enter my room while I was there formy stay. I even put a Do Not Disturb placard on the outside door handle. I stillhad a maid enter my room while I was away.

This place is so great!!! Last minute stay because of snow on the roads, we loved our room. The hotel front desk was so nice. They cared about their guest asked us why were we staying. It was so nice to have great customer service thank you. Also their sooo clean!!! And breakfast was so good , to say less they let me make my own waffles. Wish I could have stayed longer

I'm saying this was a really cute hotel it wasn't like a five-star restaurant but the complimentary breakfast was actually stunning and better than I could have ever imagined! The pool was a little shabby with broken tiles and everything but my two kids and I had a lot of fun it was clean and we just had so much fun and we had a lot of alone time in it the lobby was cute and the staff was actually helpful offering a Band-Aids when we needed one and the room was nice I loved that we had a refrigerator and a microwave and I could just have coffee anytime I wanted it was a really great stay!

The afternoon clerk at our check in was fabulous. We were a family hoping to have 3 rooms near each other. She got that for us. She also was super friendly and kind.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool area floors and bathroom were dirty. Pool and whirlpool were clean and seemed properly treated. Nice, safe area with stores and restaurants nearby.

This has become our favorite spot for family getaways and out-of-town guests. The rooms are huge, clean, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area is nice (although the pool itself is on the cool side). The free breakfast (6-9 a.m.) is a nice extra. We liked being able to walk to the Walmart next door. Definitely recommend this place.

Honesty is important
We choose this location because of all the good reviews of the pool and hot tub, as well as great services. When we checked in we were greeted warmly and asked the reason for our visit. We responded that we were visiting the property to use the hot tub and look at Christmas lights in the area,we live just 30 minutes away. Never once did the front desk lady mention the hot tub was not heating and they had called for service. I saw kids playing in the pools so never imagined there was a problem. We checked in, went to dinner and looked at lights in the area. When we went back to the hotel in the evening and tried to enjoy the hot tub we discovered it was swimming pool cool. We checked out immediately and won't be back because of the dishonest behavior.

We stay once a year, Thanksgiving weekend for a woman family Christmas shopping trip. It's reasonable and within walking distance to a Walmart incase anyone forgets something. Never had any real issues to complain about.

This property is near a WalMart for shopping which was very handy. The property is clean and seemed to be in a safe area. We loved the hot tub which was very clean. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. In fact we stayed 3 nights and then left for 3 nights to see upper Michigan and came back for another night because we enjoyed it so much.

First... The front desk worker was very nice. But... in this day and age when Hotel guests check rooms for cleanliness and bed bugs, hotels really have to do better. I literally found an empty (assuming) bottle of cheap booze between my mattress and boxspring. Yes, I have experienced bed bugs before. Yes I check. The bottle wasn't hard to find. It has to be hard to run a hotel right now with after effects of covid and shortage of staff but come on. That's just gross. What else didn't I find? So I was given a new room and now I'm really paranoid so I'm lifting the sheets to look and there's a nasty blood stain on the mattress right by the headboard. At this point I am tired and with no other problems I covered it with the spare blanket. I don't want to know what's on my mattresses anymore but could you flip it over? Or what if other side was worse? At least as far as I could tell there where no bugs and the bathroom was nice and clean. Pool and hot tub area nice too.
