Comfort Suites Grandville

The room we got was really big but was crowded with too much furniture. The carpet was old and looked dirty. The air condition was not big enough for the room - one half of the room (with the second queen bed) was never getting cooler. The bed was springy, old and makes a lot of noise even if you make the slightest movement. We could even hear the sound of bed springs coming from the room above - not to mention the footsteps. Bathroom tub was also old and stained.

Nothing special...

My husband and I stayed there to get away for a night. The staff was friendly. The room was very large and had a fridge and microwave which was nice. It had a nice flat screen TV and a king size bed. We used the pool and hot tub which are fine but not very big. Pros: - friendly staff - large suites - price - location - free breakfast (is fine, nothing special) Cons: - bed wasn't very comfortable Overall, a good deal for the money. I would stay there again.

The carpet was very dirty with big spots and the furniture was old. The pull out bed was hardly an inch thick and had springs poking up through. I was very disappointed in the room for the price. Will not go back. The front desk service was pleasant, however.

Stayed here recently on a work trip. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it.

Very nice and pleasant stay. Easy to get to off of the Highway. Morning manager was very nice, attentive and helpful.

the only thing to make it even better would be to replace carpeting in the room. the pool was nice and the breakfast was good . even though we arrived in midst of a snowstorm conditions in motel were very good.

The breakfast bar was taken over by other guests and left in dis-array until staff cleaned up.
