Rooms had a terrible smell. No sheets or cover for sofa bed. When I went to ask I got told no they didn’t have any main laundry room was locked. TV didn’t work as in no cable or local channels. Mattress was full of stains. Just an all around terrible experience

Many area of the building smelled. Door handles were missing from stairwell door exits. Trash piles around the outside of the building could be seen from our room and lobby. Walls and capret had a dingy feeling to them. Would not stay there again.

Location was very easy to get to. Suitable stay. Did not go into the pool or gaming room. However the tv remote in the room was having issues and the wifi would not work. The hotel looked like it had recently been updated in the pictures but the actual hotel could use some updates. Looking forward to the free breakfast in the morning.

Check in took awhile. It looked like they were training someone, so that was understandable. Got to our room, and were appalled. Window wouldn’t close all the way, so cold air and noise was coming in. No shower curtain, and the shower was gross. Stuff all over the bathroom floor, like it wasn’t cleaned. Stains on the bed and smelled of smoke in the room. We spoke with the manager who was very nice and allowed us to cancel our room and get our money back. We appreciated that gesture a ton!

I should have looked at the reviews, this place was a nightmare. Had I known it would be this bad I would have never booked. The hotel is dirty and rundown. Took them 45 minutes to get us a room because the room they originally gave us was not cleaned. Pool is disgusting, hot tub is non functional. Breakfast is stake donut holes. Pool room has expired license and black mold. Sauna is broken. Ice machines are broken. Someone tried to open our door at 4:00 am. Just do not book here, run away!!!

We booked a room for 3 adults with no bedding for the pull out bed. The room didn't have a coffee maker but they left packets to make coffee within the room. The ice maker did not work on the 2nd floor. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet. Overall for the price its worth it.

This hotel is disgusting!!! The walls are coming apart, the carpet in the hallways and rooms are gross!! The whole hotel smells like an ashtray!! This was by far the worst hotel I've ever been inside of. There is only one entrance!! Seems like a safety hazard!!

Check in process took a long time because they did not have a room available. They ended up giving us a room on their days in side which was not what we booked. Room was filthy with a clogged bathroom sink, bed sheets soiled with food crumbs and hair, sticky residue on all surfaces and carpet was filled with fresh stains of red blood like substance that weren’t even attempted to be cleaned. We ended up switching rooms for one that was smaller and not a suite like we originally had upgraded to. That room was slightly better but cleanliness was still an issue for this property

Awful girl stay
Paint peeling on all walls. Toilet seat swivel and wasn't secured very well. Took a shower the tub was full of water it don't drain. 3 dinky pillows for a king bed. No waffle maker when we went down for breakfast when there was one in the picture. That was one of reasons we chose this hotel. So false advertising. It was very confusing with having 2 hotels in the same building we didn't know if we were at the right one or not. Outlets by the bed and lamps by the bed didn't work not did the alarm clock. Stains on the curtain that looked like blood.

The whole third floor hallway to our room reaks of mildew theres clearly water damage on the cealing and the carpet in the hallway. The pool was out of commission. Our rooms bedding had brown streak stains on it and nasty brown substance splattered all over the wall as well as the grout in the shower being black and gross, it had out light bulbs and used hair products left in the bathroom. If i were able to get a refund i would of rather slept in my car for the night then be in the nasty hotel ever again.

this hotel is not as advertised, the property is in very poor condition and looks completely unsanitary. the room I had stayed in had 10 holes in the wall that were barely plastered over, the walls and furniture were covered in dust and questionable residue, and there cigarette burns in the pillow cases. Would not recommend!

We didn’t end up staying here. It was dirty, gross, and I was afraid to sleep here. Hopefully you read reviews before booking, because if I had, we wouldn’t have booked at this dump!!! Room was not clean, there’s roaches, and it smelled HORRIBLE inside. It is not what you see in the photos.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Stains all over the carpet and food splatters on floor of hotel room, mold on the tub/ grout coming off/ rub peeling, water damage on the ceiling, smelled like weed in the hall, dog poop in the hall- food wrappers and can on window sills and bed propped up against a window... bad area too.

Nothing positive to say about this place. For the amount they charge per night, spend a little extra and book a better hotel. This place needs to be demolished. From the smell of smoke from other room(s) to the super slow internet connection (less than megabit) made for an unpleasant night. Never again!!

The whole building lacked cleaning. Dirty and disgusting are the words to describe it. Walls, hallways, carpets, bathroom, elevators, etc were all dirty. The bathtub had hair and the tiles were filthy and grimy. The neighborhood around the hotel is not good. Hotel is located about 10 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. That is the only perk.

What a mistake. I should get my money back for staying at this dump. The outside foyer smelled like urine and that should have been enough to cancel. The argument at the front desk between the clerk and another customer kept me from checking in for a good thirty minutes. The bathroom sink handle fell off in my hand, so I had no water accept for the bathtub. The TV remote didn't work either. The room was clean but clearly someone stopped caring about this dump years ago. Again, I should get a refund.
