The place is well kept, despite being an older building. The carpet was very old, but everything was very clean. Linens were perfect.

Poor Management.
I arrive to no room available. I made the reservation 2 months in advance - paid for it at that time and I arrive to "we have no internet nor telephone and we do not have your reservation and we are fully booked" It is 9pm after a 14 hour day and now I have to try and find a hotel room where the closest one is 25 miles away. With a reservation done this far in advance they should have had the room reserved for my stay.

Dumpster fire
This place is a joke! All of the photos they have posted are stock fake photos. A dumpster fire is the best way to describe this place. Liars and crooks run the hotel and there is trash and junk all over the land. Not to mention when you step outside it reeks of marijuana. The pool is about the size of a bath tub. Want to go swimming? Too bad it’s going to be full of hotel staff every afternoon. The towels were all stained, thankfully I brought some from home and the shower curtain was disgusting as well. Save your money and go up a couple of exits to Macon and find a place there.

The staff was very friendly. The property is very old, dirty, and should probably just be condemned. But we were out of options and they had beds to sleep in. No one was comfortable showering or walking on the floor.

Clean, but lacking
Check-in was fine… quick. Front desk person was kind of friendly, but really seemed as if he didn’t want to be bothered.The room was fine. It was clean, but very dated looking. I couldn’t get the phone to call the front desk. The walls were super thin (could hear everything). The swing latch on the door wasn’t working well. There were plenty of towels though, and the jetted tub was huge (not that I’d get in it.. needed some work). The one big thing for me, was the lack of an elevator. I have a bad back and going up and down those stairs was difficult. All in all, it was just ok.

Staff was friendly and helpful. This is older property that they seem to be in the process to update. Our room was VERY clean and adequate with amenities (hair dryer, coffee pot, iron, TV, fridge, microwave), but still needs some improvement in lighting, plumbing, arrangement of room, wall repair, etc., to be like most places we're used to. However, for the one night we were there it worked well for us and if we would stay again. Just remember it's basic.....but clean and convenient.
