Has gone down hill since the last time we stayed here. Wasn’t a welcoming entrance to the hotel. Room was not real clean…bathroom was terrible…had something running down the wall in the bathroom. The toilet had a big crack in it. Bathroom especially needed repairs. Restaurant was short staffed. Took over an hour to have breakfast. Saw many people leave the restaurant because no one to seat them or serve them. Will not stay here ever again.

It’s our favourite hotel to stay in in Great Falls. My kids love the pool. Beds are really comfy. Hotel just needs some updates. Which they are in the process of starting. Staff was very friendly!!

The parking lot was rough, the pool construction seems like it has lasted years. The staff were excellent though and the price is reasonable.

Rugs are bumpy and torn up. Paint is all over the baseboards, the bathroom is showing unfinished drywall behind the mirror. For the amount of money I paid it's a very dated tired old hotel. It was terribly noisey. I am in Salt lake at a hotel I paid less for right now and it's new and beautiful. Great falls is terribly overpriced and not even a 2 star.

Walking in our room while sleeping. Renting a room when it was not open to rent. No communication between help. An apology isn't going to be enough or firing staff. We want a refund for our stay, both rooms. Not everyone is pet friendly, some are allergic to pets. You also went in my daughters room without being asked and scared her. I'm mad as hell.

Elevators smelled like smoke, open atrium was noisy at 4am, room smelled gross. Only food compliment is the restaurant down stairs. Will never stay again.

Kinda dumpy
Noisy people in lobby area disrupted our night more than once. Staff was not professional looking. No telephone in our room. Mold in the shower. Toilet didn't flush good.

Upon checking into our room, I showered and stood 3 inches of water. We reported the problem to the front desk in the morning and informed them we would be gone all day so they could look at the shower. After returning, they informed us it was fixed. It was not. Then, they had a large wedding in the banquet hall, and they allowed the guests to yell and scream all night long in the atrium. Upon checkout, we complained, and their manager apologized and informed us we would be getting a full refund. That never happened even after numerous calls. Save your money. The hotel is dirty, loud, and in poor condition.

Facilities were lacking
There is a very strong smell in the vestibule (a lot of hotels use it now, I dont like it but it was a LOT). The heat in the room was terrible, either hot or cold, and the fan was very loud. The hairdryer in the room was broken (a replacement was brought up, much appreciated). The blinds were stuck and took quite a bit of effort to get the shade down. The plumbing in the bathtub was old, not labeled and confusing. The elevator is very slow, disconcertingly so. For the price I expected better. The staff were great, friendly and courteous.
