The property was very nice and walkable to Thira. The young man at the reception area was very helpful. He helped with luggage and arranged our volcano mountain tour. The room was nice especially for the price.

Great place close to caldera views. Pool is a huge plus! A bit noisy from road traffic and music from town at night but worth it. Staff was awesome and very welcoming and helpful.

Highly recommended
The hotel was AMAZING! Superb facilities, lovely pool, great value for money. Friendly and helpful staff - saw the owner everyday, he always wanted to make sure we were happy. The rooms have been modernised but still have Greek character. AC was superb too, beds comfy and a lovely rainfall shower. Location excellent also - 5min walk into Thira centre.

They made our transfer from the airport to the hotel easy and gave up a ton of activities to do on the island. Room was spacious, very clean, and had a wonderful view! Hotel was quiet and the pool made for a nice afternoon break from the heat. Extremely close to the bus station and the centre of Fira. Would recommend this to anyone not wanting to pay and arm and leg for a hotel in Santorini.

Sunrise close to bus station
Sunrise is beautiful, bus station is close even if road is well driven. Pool is a bit small but refreshing. Room is spacious enough and not too warm, but ants and strange smell was not fresh.

Our stay at Anessis was pleasurable. The room was in good condition. The best thing is the location - 5 minutes walk from Fira bus terminal which is super convenient as all the island buses run through this place.

Overall this place was a lack luster. There were some communication issues and the front desk thought we were leaving at 4am. When we corrected them the next day, they seemed mad at us. Not sure what the big deal was, as we were staying awhile. It wasn't far from town, so that was good. But we were charged 7 euros each for a very meager breakfast and that was disappointing.

Very good location and service. Rooms were dated but good enough for the trip. Breakfast was small. Very helpful people that made the stay nice. 5 min walk to main town and bus terminal and within 20 min drive to everywhere else.

Excellent location near the hub bub of Fira.
Decent accommodations for the price. One of the staff Dimitris seems to lurk around and make you feel a little uncomfortable. While he’s nice, if you talk to him too much he will feel comfortable enough to say you are fat like he did to me yesterday. Evi at reception is fantastic and very helpful! The beds are comfortable and rooms spacious. WiFi was off and on.

Wifi did not work at all in my room. Sea view from my room was great. The reception and the owner were very friendly. Really appreciated the hospitality of the staff. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Not for people with bad back. Location was pretty good.

Good experience overall. Evi was very helpful with what to do and recommendations. The owners couple (assuming) did not speak much English but were very pleasant. The only issue we found (not the hotels fault) some customers which were staying at the same hotel specially during our last 2 nights did not consider that noise can travel fast and therefore were not considerate of others. This took place specially when it was closer to 2AM in the morning. This was the only issue however, as we were checking out we did not even had a chance to report it to the owners of the hotel. So, we are not blaming the hotel. Thank you, Angela & Jose Abreu

Nice place!
This hotel was really nice. Our room was nice and big enough and we had a balcony with a great view. The location was very good, about a 5 minute walk to one of the main streets where there is a lot of restaurants and places to rent ATVs or vespas to explore the island with. We requested a late check in which they said would not be an issue.. but when we got to the hotel there was no one at the front desk, we called the number on the website and someone was there within minutes to check us in. Afterwards he gave us a ride to the main street and answered any questions we had about the island and it's attractions. Overall we were very happy with this hotel.

The location is convenient for using the bus service . Only thing is the bed is a bit hard and at night room is damp cold . If there were more cover it would be nice. The breakfast is not as good as people expected

Very nice and funny host and hostess
The host and hostess were really really nice people. Room and the bathroom were clean and have fridge and kettle inside. Also comes with a balcony, our room was facing the back so it was really nice to just sit out there at night as you can literally see no one but just some lights and the moon and you can just sit there and relax. This apartment also has a swimming pool, it was quiet and we enjoyed it as well. Also very good value for money.

Nice hotel quiet location
it's not in the middle of Downtown Fira, and it doesn't have a cliff facing view, but it's nice and quiet. It's good value and close to the bus station. Has everything you need, except a little older building. Wifi connectivity was not as strong in our room, but manageable.

Nice location in Fira
Great hotel location, a stone throw from bustling Fira. The owners were very helpful with booking our excursion to the volcano and hot springs. Alianora also arranged our ATV rental. Free parking at the hotel was also nice. Our room had a large balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. Rooms were clean with a fridge and cooking area. We will book this hotel again when we return to Santorini. The owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly!

Loved it.
I stayed with 2 of my friends on a girls getaway. The owner was very attentive and took care of everything we needed. The room was clean and walking distance to town. It was a great quiet area and let us rest as it was our first stop after a day of travel.
