Lovely well equipped beach hotel in a fab location
Fabulous hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, air conditioned and lovely with a nice balcony, mini fridge, comfy beds and a great bathroom. The hotel breakfast was a big buffet with hot cooked breakfast including bacon, sausage and eggs and cold cuts and cheese as well as honey, yogurts, jam, spreads etc and a freshly made fried egg and pancake station. The hotel pool was very spacious with lots of sunbeds although there was the usual scrum and the beach is right on the hotel with white sand and turquoise blue sea. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating and lovely and explained everything clearly and provided a fab service. The hotel is also brilliantly located with a little shop just over the road and the town of Mastichari only a 15 minute coastal path walk away which had a big supermarket and lots of small shops bars and restaurants. The hotel also had options for excursions such as a daily bus to Kos town which was only €10 return. We had a really relaxing stay and would come back again!

a little disappointing
our reservation was for two night, in the windmill junior suite. we arrived at 13.30 hrs, they did not give the key until 15.00 hrs. On hotel.com site it is indicated daily room cleaning, they did not clean, I called the reception who confirmed the cleaning is done every second day; I asked for complimentary bottle of water, they answered there is a supermarket in front of the hotel (!). on hotel.com site it is indicated a tax of euro 1.5 per day per room; they charged euro 3 per day. room is nice, wifi is working; the structure is very big, target of organized trips, breakfast is a battle. the structure itself might well be a 4star, not the way in which it is organized.

Beautiful garden setting, right on the beach with amazing views. Superior room was OK but furnishings a bit tired. Breakfast plentiful but like a busy canteen, quantity rather than quality. Freshly cooked pancakes and eggs were lovely. Staff polite but not particularly friendly, especially on check-in, where it took nearly an hour to queue for the key. Def 3 star not 4!

Windmill in Mastichari
Stayed in a wimdmill it was fab. Very cool inside with great shower. Windmills in a secluded area. We didn't bother with all inclusive as it's not for us. Only problem was bed was too hard. We had a car and spent little time in the resort. Lovely area to explore. Go to Lovly Bar if you get chance

The Food was not so good. With less selection, a better quality could be achieved for the same price. That would be my recomandation. The rest was pretty fine. We had nice holidays. Very friendly staff.

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön - Das Zimmer 905 hat kein Ambiente und die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig. Das Bett ist hart wie Beton - Das Essen ist wie in einer Kantine. Und die Option im Restaurant mit Themenabenden ist Verbesserungsfähig. Z.B wäre beim GALA Abend das mindeste wenn man die Kerzen angezündet hätte.

The breakfast was pretty bad. There were a lot of sweet things like cake and cookies and the bread was really dry. The eggs were also not good. The view from our room was incredible and it was so close to the beach which was great.

Schöne all.incl. Anlage direkt am Meer
Weitläufige gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer. 2 Liegen mit Schirm für 7Euro ist o.k., incl. fanatischen Sonnenuntergang. Einen noch schöneren Ausblick bietet die ca. 200 M. Tarverne Dophin Bay mit guten Cocktails und griechischen Essen. Gute Auswahl an Speisen und das übliche All Inklusive Getränke Angebot. Schneller guter Service. Allerdings etwas ab vom Ort. Mietwagen sollte man schon nehmen, wenn man nicht nur in der Anlage sein will.

Hotelanlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist die Sterne nicht wert. Frühstücksbuffet war eine Katastrophe. Kaffee, Fruchtsäfte und Wasser war salzig, da die Entsalzungsanlage nicht richtig funktionierte…. Die Damen an der Reseption waren komplett überfordert mit der Situation. Da gibts definitiv bessere Hotels auf der Insel.
