The staff was very helpful, especially the arrival night when I needed help since I lost my phone in the taxi from the airport. All through the stay the reception was always 5 star, fast, helpful and very friendly

Great stay at Galaxy
The location of the resort is amazing and along the Laganas beach strip which offers lots of eating options and nice sunset evening strolls as well as a few club like restaurants for youngsters. Galaxy itself offered nice live music and evening entertainment daily. The water is calm and shallow so perfect for non-swimmers and very young children.

Nice large hotel and resort on the beach. Comfortable and clean, friendly staff, two pool areas, lots of play stuff for kids around the grounds, pool bar area and restaurant by the beach. Food was pretty standard- buffet breakfast and dinner. Great sun lounge beds and plenty of space to relax.

It’s not a 5star hotel! The room was sooo tiny you could barely lay a suitcase between bed and desk. Everything is extra: they say it’s on the beach but the ombrella and 2 sun beds are for a charge of €6. The buffet is abysmal. My kids and I barely ever ate there. There isn’t even service at the table for coffee or drinks. No local foods or products were offered to eat. The lady at the front desk is painfully in a bad mood no matter the day or time you ask a question. The safe in the room is also available for a fee. Never been in such poor service before! The shower in the room could never hold a temperature. Upsetting!!!

Anniversary Stay

Great quieter location right on the beach
This hotel is in a great spot right on the beach with a few spots to relax within the resort. It has a nice pool area and a great view from the rooftop bar at night! Its easy walking distance to the main street of Laganas if thats what you want but far enough away if you want some peace and quiet. The food was nice and I think catered for most people. We had the breakfast and dinner included which made it much easier instead of trying to find places to eat each day and there was always something we found that we liked. We are a couple and still found this place nice to stay at, even though it was mostly families here. The room was very spacious and the bathroom facilities also a good size. Overall would recommend this to most people young or old.

The hotel staff were very friendly, great location. The only things we were pretty unhappy with was the AC didn't work properly and the temperature in the showers wasn't constant which was irritating - ranging from very cold to very hot! We also ended up without our room being cleaned for a couple of days and received no clean towels during that time which was a shame. The food was good. Overall, besides the negatives, okay for a 3 star. We had a great time and the best thing was the location of the hotel.

Modern, tasteful and ideally located.
My girlfriend and I stayed in early May 2015 for a short break somewhere hot! This hotel is in an absolutely perfect location being right on the beach front and approx. 4 minutes walk from the strip/shops/restaurants. We tried our luck requesting a sea view room and was given one which had a stunning view of Turtle Island and the sun rising each morning. The room itself is very clean, refreshed daily and very modern. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and polite. One aspect I liked in particular is the use of space. There is a huge garden with modern furniture looking out to sea which most hotels would have used for an unnecessarily bigger pool or more blocks of rooms. Overall really great stay.

Bella struttura fronte mare, camera con vita mare parziale ben arredata e dotata, letto comodo.. Buona la colazione ( peccato non ci sia una area esterna). Comoda pure la posizione a 200 mt dalla via della movida .

Primeiramente não conseguimos contato com o hotel para informações sobre transfer. Assim que chegamos, buscamos informações sobre os passeios, pontos turísticos e aluguel de carro. Não houve qualquer simpatia por parte dos funcionários do hotel, mesmo depois de termos falado que se tratava de nossa lua de mel. Como qualquer pessoa que vai para Zakynthos, o nosso foco era conhecer Navagio beach. A concierge do hotel nos orientou a ir de carro para lá por conta do tempo. Primeiro ela nos perguntou se tínhamos carteira internacional de habilitação, nós dissemos que não e ela nos mandou para uma agência onde tal seria dispensável. Lá chegando, a referida nos foi exigida e tivemos que voltar. Depois ela nos sugeriu ir de táxi. Pagamos 120 euros, e ao chegar lá o caminho para a praia estava fechado. Foi extremamente frustrante. O pior foi descobrir em uma agência de turismo no centro da cidade que a praia já estava com todos os seus acessos fechados há uma semana e que tal era de conhecimento de todos os hotéis, bem como de todas as pessoas que trabalham com turismo, afinal era uma determinação de segurança da polícia local. Pra terminar o péssimo serviço do hotel, a internet simplesmente não funcionava, de modo que passamos todos os dias no hotel, sem internet adequada e com um tratamento muito aquém do razoável.

Ottimo soggiorno presso questa struttura.
Buongiorno, mi sono trovato benissimo ottima la posizione dell'hotel, ottimo il mangiare ed il servizio. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile. Personalmente cercherò per la prossima vacanza un altro hotel Best Western.

Τοποθεσία και χαλάρωση σε ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο !
Ευγενικό και επαγγελματικό Προσωπικό. Δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα , μεγάλα με όλες τις ανέσεις. Πρωινό μεγαλύτερο δεν γίνεται και με καλής ποιότητας προιόντα. Ένα όμορφο και τακτοποιημένο ξενοδοχείο ! Παραλία ακριβώς μπροστά σου αλλά και οι πισίνες. Πολύ καλές τιμές στο snack bar του ξενοδοχείου κάτι που δύσκολα το βρίσκεις. Σε ήσυχο μέρος του Λαγανά, χωρίς φασαρίες και μουσικές.. Δώστε κάτι παραπάνω γιατί αξίζει σε σχέση με τα υπόλοιπα της περιοχής. Χαλάρωση με καφέ και βουτιά στα 30 m από το κρεβάτι σου... Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά !

Ich, m, 22, finde es war eine wunderbare Zeit im Best Western Galaxy Hotel und in Zakynthos allgemein. Das Hotel war rundum sauber, die Angestellten stets freundlich und das Essen hat mir immer wunderbar geschmeckt. Im TV hatte man die wichtigsten Nachrichten Sender wenn man mal zappen wollte. Die Betten waren wirklich bequem. Das Hotel ist sehr familiär ausgerichtet, schreiende Kinder gab es aber kaum welche! Auch der Privatstrand war toll, man hatte seine Liege und Schirm und hatte auch rundherum grosszügig Platz. Was man bei anderen Hotel dem Strand entlang nicht behaupten konnte! ein kleiner Minuspunkt für das, dass man für die Liegen am Strand eine Kleinigkeit bezahlen musste. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war suuper! Die Lage des Hotels war meiner Ansicht nach PERFEKT! Direkt am Strand, etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Spot entfernt. Man hat im Hotel aber kaum etwas vom Nachtleben mitbekommen. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, denn ich würde wieder in das Selbe gehen!

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, βγαίνεις από την πισίνα και βρίσκεσαι αμέσως στη θάλασσα. Είχαμε λίγο πρόβλημα με τη καθαριότητα του δωματίου μας. Κατά τα άλλα περάσαμε πολύ καλά.

Herrliche Lage. Zahlreiche Tavernen direkt am Sandstrand, die für Abendessen/Drink das südliche Flair vermitteln. Öffentlicher (trockener) Teil des Sandstrandes könnte sauberer sein.

Goed hotel, alleen avondinner valt tegen.
Gelegen vlak bij de zee. Rustig in de avond, geen last van discotheken of iets dergelijks. Zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met (kleine) kinderen. Was hier 2 dagen, en zou niet voor het all inclusive recept kiezen. Met name het avondeten kan wel eens tegenvallen, omdat het lopend buffet is. Het personeel is vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam, daar valt niets over te klagen. Zwembad was niet erg groot, maar lijkt op de website enorm.
