Would recommend it travelling to Faliraki
Great place to stay, clean and well presented rooms. Desk staff friendly and helpful staying awake for my late arrival which was highly appreciated. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Faliraki and would gladly stay there again. I guess my only issue was that the location for the hotel on the website was pin pointed further down the road which threw me off a little when arriving but a quick Google search got me there eventually.

Amazing Hotel Stay with a Pool Bonus
We had an amazing time a this hotel. We opted for a room with a private pool. The room was very large with a very nice and large bathroom. The pool was perfect for lounging and we had enough room for lounge chairs and a table/chair area to eat meals. The staff was VERY friendly, even providing us recommendations for restaurants, which were very delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel has several spots for parking; we never had an issue. We were concerned at first that we would be too far from the main shopping area, but we soon learned that we were in a perfect location that was walkable to the shops but without the excessive noise of the downtown. The breakfast was perfect for us, with cooked eggs and omlettes, fresh pastries (Greek and international), fruit, juice, and desserts. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rhodes.

Very nice hotel but had ants
We took a delux - room was nice, modern and clean. Garden was very nice. Service was good. However we came in the summer and there were ALOT of ants in our room.

Nice and pleasant apartment
The staff was very friendly and helpful, gave us good tips about good restaurants nearby. The room was like on the picture, I stayed in the basic room, which is very spacious and has everything you need for a few nights stay. The only thing which I didn't pay attention when I booked a room is a shower - it's too small and has a curtain not the proper shower cabin. The floor tiles were slippery so I fell in the shower. It's better to book superior room with the modern bathroom.

Perfect Pad for Sleeping!
Great place to stay simple and affordable - the delux rooms are good condition nice and new, we had a nice stay and our room included AC which was nice and cold. The kitchen is very very basic no gourmet meals just basic stuff. Didn’t find the WiFi signal so didn’t use it which could of been an issue but luckily we both have good roaming packages The housekeeper is lovely and does a fabulous job of keeping the place clean and tidy in our room.

Really well looked after
I stayed here for four days by myself whilst working in Rhodes. I was treated like a member of the family by Vivie and really well looked after by the rest of her family. As a lone traveller I felt safe here and it had everything I needed. Ten minutes walk into Faliraki, mini market two minutes walk away, and buses easy enough to use to get around the rest of the island. Not too far from the airport either. Great stuff.

Very nice place.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Nick was very informative and kind. I will go back here next time I am in Greece. The only thing they need to correct is their location on google maps. I ended up in another place when I first got there. Thankfully, a helpful lady guided me to the right address.

Really worth it
Clean, cosy, cheap. It's along the main road, but that's not a big problem. The beach is quite far on foot, so we rented a scooter for the whole week (about €80) and went to different beaches/bays each day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned and new towels/sheets given every second day. RECOMMENDED for those who just want to take a peaceful rest after a long, eventful day!

Close to everything, far enough from the noise
If you're expecting a high-standard glittering hotel, this is not it. But if you are looking for a comfort place where to stay, 2 minutes away to all amenities and most beautiful beaches of Rhodes but therefore far enought from the noise of loud night clubs in Faliraki, this is it! The hotel is family-run and the people are just fantastic, providing top-notch assistance and being always totally helpful: the typical Greek hospitality here is at its bests. They also offered to take us to the airport when we had to leave - but do not expect them to do this all the times.

Great Value Hotel, 15 min walk to Faliraki beach!
These studios are a convinient walk to the main town, however the first few minutes of the walk is down a motorway with no sidewalk... careful walking after a few! It has a very well-kept front garden, and a lovely hammock too! Rooms are cleaned every 2 days and although basic, they're all you need for a Faliraki holiday (you'd be spending most of your time outside right!) If you're a girl bring your own hairdryer! And there's no telly, and view outside the window is of a road but again, it felt safe even late at night. Walking back from main town in the evening was fine, as the Studios and roads are lit (it may seem like it's in the middle of nowhere first, but after a couple of walks you realise that it is actually quite close). Owners are really nice too, but make sure you have their phone no before you come, as there's no reception and you need to call them so they can come out and meet you. It's a family run business, and they're very attentive and friendly. Overall, I had a great holiday!

Alles in allem Gut Gute Unterkunft. Alles sauber.Auswahl beim Frühstück war in Ordnung. Zimmer werden regelmäßig sauber gemacht und Handtücher alle 2 Tage gewechselt. Gute Lage, kurzer Weg zur Stadt. Kurzer Fahrtweg nach Rhodos. Die schönsten Strände/Buchten können in kürzester Zeit erreicht werden. Preis/Leistung Top.

Sehr nette Empfang , sehr gute Zimmer Service, tolle Kommunikation, die besondere Wünsche werden berücksichtigt. Zum Meer/Strand ist allerdings ist das mindestens 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 6 Minuten. Ansonsten hat Faliraki viel zu bieten und vor allem tolle lange Strände!

Camera bellissima con un arredamento moderno. Posizione dell'hotel vicino ai principali punti che ci interessavano visitare. Stanza sempre in ordine e pulita. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Colazione preparata quotidianamente dallo staff dell'hotel che per tutta la vacanza ci ha trattato come se fossimo una grande famiglia.

Sono stata in questa struttura per 15 notti e sono rimasta molto delusa, le foto non corrispondono alla realtà e la pulizia delle camere è a dir poco imbarazzante. Se non fosse perché Rodi è un posto incantevole la vacanza sarebbe stata un disastro.

All’arrivo il proprietario ci ha spostati in un altro hotel perché non c’erano camere disponibili. Doccia fredda tre giorni su sette. Puzza di fogna. Al ritiro bagagli (ora accordata col proprietario) non c’era nessuno, abbiamo rischiato di perdere l’aereo, e per l’attesa il tassista ha chiesto soldi aggiuntivi alla tariffa. Peccato per tutti questi disguidi perché i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

Appartamento accogliente a pochi passi da Faliraki
L'appartamento in cui ho alloggiato insieme a una mia amica si trovava a 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Faliraki, paesino abbastanza grande sulla costa orientale di Rodi. Per andare in centro, dove c'erano i vari locali, ristoranti, pub, ecc, dovevamo camminare un pochino di più circa 25 minuti. La fermata dell'autobus più vicina era di fronte al complesso di appartamenti, quindi comodissima per chi, come noi, non ha noleggiato alcun mezzo di trasporto privato. Al nostro arrivo (verso le 22:45) ci ha accolto un gentilissimo signore che, nonostante la tarda ora, ci ha spiegato nel dettaglio attraverso l'utilizzo di una cartina, dove andare al mare, dove mangiare, cosa visitare, gli orari dei trasporti, le fermate, ecc. Nel giardino era situata una piccola piscina con idromassaggio con alcuni lettini, tavolini, panchine, un piccolo dondolo, tutto il necessario per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare.

Sehr familiäres Hotel
Das Hotel ist in der Nähe der Hauptstrasse aber dennoch ist es sehr ruhig.Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht inkl.Kochnische.Der Garten ist auch sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Personal und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Ottima posizione per visitare l'isola.
Nel complesso mi sono trovato bene sopratutto per la posizione della struttura. E' comoda per visitare tutta l'isola. L'unico aspetto negativo è che si trova a ridosso di una strada principale a doppio senso di marcia abbastanza trafficata.

Süßes Hotel abseits des Trubels
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße von Rhodos, innerhalb des Hotels bekommt man aber nur selten was vom Straßengetümmel mit. Es ist wunderbar süß dekoriert und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich-familiär, haben exzellente Restaurant- und Ausflug-Tipps gegeben, waren aber nie aufdringlich. Der Pool ist etwas klein und dient eher der Entspannung, als richtigem Schwimmen, aber dafür ist das Meer ja ca. 15 Minuten entfernt und der hinführende Strand ist wunderbar leer und sauber.

your kind words mean a lot to us, our pool is not actually a swimming its a jaccuzzi but a lot of clients see it as a swimming pool . we think for swimming is best to visit our wonderful beaches and then come and relax in the jacuzzi.

Sono stata al Stavris Studios e mi sono trovata benissimo! i titolari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili; infatti ci hanno aiutato a noleggiare uno scooter e ci hanno permesso di tenere la camera qualche ora in più rispetto all'orario del check-out. La camera era molto pulita e dotata di un cucinino con il necessario per preparare qualche piatto. La struttura si trova sulla strada principale, in posizione strategica per raggiungere diversi punti dell'isola, Le camere erano silenziose e la piscina ben tenuta e pulita. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile (in motorino circa 3 minuti). Vivi è stata gentilissima e ci ha fatti sentire come a casa offrendoci qualche dolcetto per la spiaggia.

ottima scelta
La cosa che colpisce subito è la cura del giardino con piscina e diversi lettini e poltroncine sulle quali rilassarsi. La camera molto spaziosa ma soprattutto pulita, zona tranquilla e silenziosa leggermente fuori dal centro di Faliraki. in 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Personale davvero gentile e cordiale! Consigliatissimo :)

L'hotel ha tutto quello che serve,il personale è gentile e la pulizia in camera è giornaliera (il cambio delle lenzuola ed asciugamani avviene ogni due giorni) L'unico punto meno positivo: si trova su una strada a forte percorrenza, può risultare fastidioso ma è un problema decisamente di poco conto. 1 Km. a piedi ed arrivi in spiaggia o in centro/The hotel has everything you need, the staff is polite and the room cleaning is daily (the change of sheets and towels takes place every two days) The only less positive point: it is on a busy road, it can be annoying but it is a very small issue. 1 Km. walk and get to the beach or downtown.

Ein Hotel mit Charme und viel Liebe zum Detail
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Stavris Studios...das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, aber dank der zentralen Lage sind das Meer und die Innenstadt zu Fuß o. mit dem Roller sehr schnell zu erreichen...auch Attraktionen wir Rhodos Stadt oder Lindos sind nah gelegen. Vor allem die familiäre Atmosphäre machte den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm...außerdem ist die Anlage mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet... Alles in allem, können wir das Hotel nur empfehlen! :)

Leuke studios in faliraki
De eigenares van stavris studios is heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was iedere dag vers gemaakt en afwisselend. Kamers zijn prima en schoon, kwaliteit die je mag verwachten voor de prijs. Service is echter meer dan dat je mag verwachten! Het was 10 tot 15 min lopen naar het strand en faliraki. De bushalte naast het hotel gaat ongeveer om het uur en erg onregelmatig. De bus vanuit faliraki gaat ong om de 20min.

Ligger litt langt unna strand, men om man er interessert i å leie bili utgangspunktet, så er det ypperlig. Utrolig hyggelig betjening, fine rom (deluxe suit) og bra renhold. Eneste minus var at frokosten inneholdt litt for mye kaker etter vår smak. Skulle gjerne hatt litt mer brød, egg osv.

Siamo stati una settimana a Stavris e ci siamo trovati bene. Hotel abbastanza vicino alle spiagge di interesse, a piedi si arriva al ristorante più buono della zona a mio parere. Piccole disattenzioni tipo i letti singoli che anche se avvicinati restano distanti e l'assenza della TV nelle stanze. Nel complesso più che sufficiente perché il personale è davvero molto molto gentile.

Grazioso residence in posizione strategica
Beh che dire...soggiorno fantastico. Per chi cerca tranquillità, a due passi da faliraki e soprattutto pulizia. Non è una cosa scontata soprattutto in Grecia. Mi ha colpito molto la pulizia della Camera. Viene pulita ogni 2 giorni. Perfetto. Per quanto riguarda lo staff sono persone molto gentili e si mettono molto a disposizione. Classico residence a conduzione familiare ben organizzato. Consiglio il soggiorno.
