The stately, 7,239-square-foot home has enough space for every member of your group to find a place to call their own. Every detail of this classic residence has been considered, from the high-end furnishings to the state-of-the-art kitchen appliances.

The Space:
One of the premier Green Bay, WI vacation homes, The Manor on Terraview was personally designed to exude character and class. It features five bedrooms on the second floor, one on the main floor and one on the lower level. There are four full bathrooms and two half baths. The spectacular primary bedroom on the second floor boasts a gorgeous bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower.
Gather in the family room, with its 85-inch TV, or in the second TV/lounge area next to the high-end kitchen - there’s karaoke, too! A large indoor hot tub, located in an sunroom right off the kitchen and living room, is surrounded by walls of windows for a spa-like feel. Continue the self-care and sit for a spell in the massage chair to unlock the knots in your neck and back.
The main floor expands to a dining/card table room and a separate billiards room. Need even more areas to hang out? Head downstairs to the lower level to find an incredibly well-stocked arcade room, where all the games are free, a private movie-screening area with comfy recliners, a ping pong/foosball table, and a bar area.
The stunning home also offers .73 acres of outdoor space - a large, sloping private lawn with a generously sized, immaculately designed patio with seating and mood lighting. A charcoal grill and firepit are also at your disposal.

Wonderful Family Time!!!!
We had a wedding in the area, and we needed to host my siblings and their families from all over. Some drove here from Mississippi, some from New Mexico, and Colorado... but when we got there we felt right at home. The house has a lot of open spaces, and there was enough living rooms for everyone to relax and decompress. Young ones (7,14, 16 in our group) had a good time in the arcade room and the cinema room. We had a bit of an issue with the trashcans being full, but property manager was very quick to answer and get any issues resolved. You will not regret your stay in this awesome residence.

Great property with fun things for everyone!
This home was so much fun for our adult children and grandchildren. The game room and theater were a hit for the kids. The massage chair and hot tub were so relaxing for the adults. We all played games, shot pool, played ping pong, had a poker night, and really enjoyed the many places to hang out with family. All the beds were so comfortable and cozy. Thank you so much Tom, we all loved our stay!!

This spacious and beautiful property was perfect for our family get away. The property is exactly as described. It was clean, well-stocked and everything was in working order. I appreciated that there was soap at all the sinks and showers, extra toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. There is one queen bedroom on the main level and 2 half baths, 5 bedrooms on upper level with 3 full baths, 1 bedroom in basement with a full bath. The basement bedroom is near the arcade and theater, so not for those going to bed early or wanting to sleep in. There is a step up from the kitchen to the living area for those with little ones or mobility issues. You could always bring a baby gate if that is a problem. In addition to what is listed there is also a large butlers pantry to store your stuff and a poker/game table/room. If you have kids you may want to bring plastic cups as there are only glass. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but it looks nice and the big room was great for the kids to play in. This is a wonderful property and we would stay here again! Thanks Tom for being such a great host!

Fall Family Escape 2022
Outstanding! The Manor on Terraview delivered in all respects. There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 9 adults to have all the room they needed to spread out and relax in. The well-appointed kitchen including 2 refrigerators, a butler’s pantry for your storage needs, provided the 5 cooks in our family everything they desired to create many days worth of wonderfully home cooked meals, which we enjoyed around the most inviting dining room table. All kitchens are the heart of the home, and this one certainly was as well. Entertainment abound! All the “kids” in this group were 60 and older and the laughter rang throughout the entertainment rooms on the lower level. The many arcade games, ping pong table, theatre room with its ice-cream parlor counter (including sundae glasses) provided all an escape from the cold Wisconsin days we had while there. Of course, there were ballgames to be watched and doing so from the ultra-comfy couch in the family room (including the massage chair) everyone was a winner. We had planned a spa afternoon for the ladies in the group, in the huge sunroom with hot tub, but somehow we never made it there. After renting many large VRBO’s, The Manor will be at the top of the list of memorable experiences. But, the entire experience would not be complete without the hospitality of your host, Thomas. Being from the south, we know hospitality, and Thomas knows it as well. A very gracious thank you Thomas, for giving our family a place to gather in comfort, to share a lifetime of memories in our PJ’s, and renew that family love that has been interrupted these last 3-years.

we all arrived and had to wait until 4:30 for the cleaning ladies to finish, dryer full of towels for us to finish and fold. 5 children excited for the play room, 2 out of 5 arcade games broke (note saying sorry for the inconvenience),4 handles broken on foosball table, No balls for table tennis. Had to buy pizza cutter, cake pan,croc pot, potato peeler.mixer. Kitchen utensils scarce.No alarm clocks in bedrooms.3 out of 5 kitchen burners worked. Large living room rug smelled like dog urine.House was beautiful and spacious but expected more for the price.

Beautiful, huge house for friend reunion
We met 10 of our best friends here with their kids and had an awesome reunion after years of moving apart. The house was as described. Well stocked with towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap. It was conveniently located by a Costco and Target so we could get everything we needed. There's a large fridge in the kitchen and a deep freezer in the enormous pantry. There's plenty of dishes , cutlery, bowls and pots and pans for making many meals. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Laundry machines were handy for laundry needs. Kids loved the huge game room in the basement, they are controlled by a central switch on a tablet. The bedroom in the basement is surrounded by the game room, and there's a bathroom with shower down there, although it was much colder than the rest of the house. We had a little trouble with temperature regulation. It was hotter upstairs. There's 2 half bathrooms on the main floor and one bedroom. Otherwise there is 5 bedrooms on the upper floor and 3 bathrooms including the primary. One shower was not working so we treated it like a half bath. We did manage okay with only 3 showers. Tom was incredibly helpful and responsive any time we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again with a big group.

We had a larger group and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had a harder time finding extra essentials like toilet paper and garbage bags because there was so much space and rooms, but Thomas responded quickly on inquiries on where to find things. There were some left over food in one of the fridges probably from a different group, but overall the place was clean. We had day plans while in GB, but it was nice to have a place to gather and hang out in the evenings with plenty to do. Thanks for hosting us!

Weekend Getaway @822 Terraview
We stayed @822 Terraview Ct for a weekend family/friends getaway and let me just say our experience was AMAZING!! The communication with Tom was exceptional. The massage chair, OMG what a great experience!!! The accommodations with supplying just about everything you would need was an added bonus!!! The game room sooo much fun, the indoor hot tub was super relaxing, and the size of the master bedroom was all that!!! Soooo I can go on and on about our experience!!! We had a great time and we plan to come back again!!!! Highly recommend this place!!! Thank you Tom for being a great host!!!

Green Bay Getaway
My friends and I do an annual Ladies Weekend every winter. This space offered us all the room 14 ladies need to to be together and to have our own space! Love the extra fridge in the butler pantry, and a wine fridge as well! The hot tub was a favorite and for those of us that tried the massage chair, was an added bonus! Great neighborhood but close to breweries and restaurants. Thanks for creating this space!
