I never leave reviews but this place was too amazing not share!! We were there when it first opened and the staff were INCREDIBLE. Such a gorgeous resort, the food and drinks was amazing and views/pools had us having so much fun. Will definitely be coming back in the future!!

There were a few dining and front office staff that appeared to provide discriminatory service to guests. Black guests or locals as we were, were given poor service. The staff at the spa the day we went was genuinely hospitable and gave outstanding service! We are not quite sure about the tipping protocol at the property especially in the dining room - with all inclusive we do not walk about the property with cash - but some guests do and that may account for the young man's poor treatment at the dining area.
