Nice place but almost everyone is rude in reception. Nobody has the courtesy to greet. The restaurant is worse only one employee name Mario is super nice in the restaurant area

The place was extremely nice. The only thing that we didn’t like was there were no plug ins by the beds. Unable to plug in our c paps.

The staff at the Clarion Suites Hotel know how to treat their customers. Always ready with a smile and a seamless checkin. I recommend this hotel in the Capital for anyone that is looking for a premium hotel with great rates and large suites. I have stayed in many hotels here over the last 15 years - all of them five star hotels. This is by far the best. Thanks Clarion!

The property has a friendly and responsive staff, building space and rooms very clean. Over all great value for the money. Only negative is food and beverage. Fairly expensive for what is poorly prepared and misinterpreted American cuisine. Would have preferred well prepared Guatemalan cuisine. Bar drinks also sub par and no value. 5 stars if you eat elsewhere.

The staff is wonderful. Excellent service and very clean and comfortable rooms. My only complaint would be the beds seem very hard but that would be a personal preference to have a more comfortable bed.

The property is a little outdated, but the rooms were fine. Entry area and dining room were also a little outdated. The hotel was less expensive than the other surrounding hotels. I think you certainly can pay more and get more. But overall reasonably satisfied.
