I did not Like the rooms assigned 😩too much noise and the staff offered a mini and noising fan
The place is awesome but not had the best experience with the rooms for me and my family
Booked king bed room and was put on a double bed room. Also before arriving hotel contact me to try to cancel via Hotels.com and book directly. Hotel still hasn’t done anything regarding the issue with the reservation. If a king bedroom was booked ahead of time do not overbook your rooms and offer whatever is available. Management was either not available or too busy to talk to us. Go and stay elsewhere in Antigua, the other hotels I stayed at had way better service.
Beautiful gettaway, nestled in between coffee fields and a few minutes away from Antigua Guatemala. They offer an endless amount of activities to keep you entertained for days. I would highly recommend.
The property is absolutely beautiful but we had to pay extra to upgrade because the room they gave us was in between the lounge and the restaurant. The staff wasn't very friendly and did not take the time to explain amenities.
Grounds are picturesque and staff is eager to please. Nice to have great coffee on site. No spa/massages or shuttles to town. Have your Uber app ready if staying here.
Very beautiful and well maintained property. Wifi is a bit slow / cuts out so plan in advance if you need to work while visiting. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Beds are comfortable, coffee is excellent! The featured breakfast is wonderful. Property is extremely safe (double gated / guarded entrance, guards take care to notice your name and room information when you're leaving / returning to the property.) Would definitely stay here again if situation befits.
No negative to offer. Stay was awesome from arrival to departure. We spent 5 wonderful days there. This is now our new Antigua hotel. :) Parking is good, WiFi is great, Food is excellent. Great location.
Many things to do, if one wishes, coffee farm tour, mountain biking, bird watching, paintball, zip lining, etc. Or very peaceful if one just wishes to relax, read, nap.

Thank you very much for your comments. It was a pleasure to serve you.
Kind Regards.
The Hotel aesthetics is great, beautiful gardens and architecture, has lots of entretaining things to do, the restaurant is small but nice, has good tasting food, the staff is nice and helpful, the only thing I struggled with was that there were no fans or A/C in our Superior King Room.
Nice Hotel, quite, great to walk around and enjoy the silence of the nature, sorrounded by Coffee plants.
The Coffee tour is great, learned a lot about Coffee.
Cheers with a cup of Premium Coffee from Filadelfia.
This Hotel was what my wife nd I were looking for, quiet, pleasing, and for the most part beautiful. The staff were super nice and courteous. The food was real tasty. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was the pillows, too hard, but other than that my wife and I were very satisfied.
We have stayed here many times but this time was not pleasant. We were woken up by a group of bridesmaids next room yelling and slamming doors at 6 am. It was a complete chaos. We ordered our breakfast to be delivered to our room and they wanted to charge a delivery fee?? Ridiculous. We tried to go out on our private porch to enjoy the view but there were people in the bridal party walking in front of our room all afternoon. We had no privacy. It felt uncomfortable, we tried to explained this to the front desk but they insisted we could not change rooms.
The pool had no towels we had to go back to our room and call for towels to be delivered, twice. The room was too hot at night there should be like a ceiling fan to cool down.
The hotel is gorgous, a coffee plantation transformed in a hotel with a well trained staff. It has very extense gardens a pool and jacuzzi. But it is too far from Antigua and yoy will need a taxi to get in an out. Über will cost you $20Q but the taxi from hotel $60Q and it is almost impossible to get an Über to get from the hotel to Antigua. They do have a free shuttle, but only 3 times a day. If you like to stay close to “the action”, this is notvthe roght hotel for you. If you want a family stay in a beautiful and nice hotel, this hotel is perfect
The hotel is simply wonderful, the property is beautiful! Food excellent!
The internet is not that good, just in the rooms.
Could have a nice spa in such a big property .
Definetly we are coming back
The hotel was exceptional Loved the open architecture, pool, views and attentive staff. Never wanted to leave my balcony. But, we had to in order to enjoy the hotel's zip lines, horseback rides and coffee plantation tours that were literary out the back door. Already planning our return trip.
Large beautiful complex, the hotel was only one part of this stately coffee plantation. It had its own tours, shuttles, horse back riding, paint ball war area, as well as a outdoor heated pool, two restaurants and many other amenities. My favorite place to stay in Guatemala!
