“Excellent customer service”

I went on my honeymoon. I thought it would be just a regular hotel with regular service. I was wrong. All staff were very professional, courteous, and seems to enjoy their job. The restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate us with whatever we needed. The room was grand, and room service was excellent. I would go there again, but this time stay longer.

Area recommendations

I would recommend Zona 9 because it's more metropolitan, clean, and safe to be in.

“Great place to stay!”

The hotel was clean and welcoming. All employees were very friendly. Most spoke English as well as Spanish. Food at the hotel was excellent. There are other restaurants within walking distance as well as a mini-market about 6 blocks away. I got a much better exchange rate at the hotel than at the airport. The banks would have been a little bit better, but more hassle. I would stay there again!

Area recommendations

The artesans market in zone 13 is nice, but more expensive than the central market near central park.

“Nice choice”

The room was clean, TV/cable channels, good bathroom size, good wireless internet connection in the room, decent breakfast buffet included, nice restaurant & bar on site. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Filled our needs...”

Arriving in Guatemala City late, we needed a clean, comfortable, and affordable place that would pick us up at the airport. The Princess Hotel fit those needs. However, it was a good idea to call earlier and confirm things, they had our arrival time wrong. But the van was waiting for us at the airport and the drive to the hotel was less than 10 minutes. Our street side room was larger and had a better view than that of our friends down the hall.

“An excellent smaller hote, good value”

Just off the main hotel area, but within easy and safe walking distance. Rooms and facilities are fine, pool, gym, executives' quiet room on top floor, an intimate bar. Much better value than the big names across Reforma.

“Good choice to stay”

I had a very good stay at the hotel. I feel confortable and the attention was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and they have a good options for lunch. The service of shuttle to the airport was very effective
