Hi Julie, thanks for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately, we were unable to substantiate the items that you listed. Our cleaning service provides the same number of towels and wash cloths for each stay. In this home, there are 10 towels, 12 wash cloths, dish towels, and hand towels left for each guest. We also furnish a starter kit for each guest that provides trash bags for each trash can, one laundry pod, one dishwasher pod, toilet paper in each bathroom, and paper towels in the kitchen. I double checked this particular home and there are Tupperware dishes for food storage in the cabinet next to the stove. Unfortunately, we are not able to leave plastic wrap and aluminum foil due to safety concerns from the sharp edges and the plastic wrap being a choking hazard. We do send out an email prior to arrival breaking these things out for each guest so that they will know what they need to bring/purchase to make sure they have everything they need on the trip. Most properties that we manage have a few beach supplies, but with so many items walking away so often we do not guarantee any of those items. This property is a fantastic home, private pool for just this duplex, deeded beach access, and an owner that truly cares about maintaining this property and making everyone's vacation the best that in can be. I really wish you'd reached out to us while you were in town because our management company would make sure that any and all concerns were addressed immediately. I'm sorry that you don't expect to come back but we hope that you reconsider and let us help make your next trip to Gulf Shores the best ever!

Hi, thanks for touching base. I'm sorry but we have to disagree. The sheets were off-white/cream color, they were BRAND NEW out of the package so there is no way they were dirty. Immediately when you called we offered to send out more fresh sheets to resolve your concerns and you did not want our cleaners to come make the beds so you asked that we leave the sheets outside the door. We tried to reach you while you were here to make sure there was nothing else we could do for you, we also reached out after your stay to discuss your concerns and have yet to hear back. I'm sorry that we were not able to get on the same page, there are times when that happens and we will continue to strive to impress all future guests. This owner takes a lot of pride is his house and makes sure it is one of the best rentals in our area.

All bedrooms now have new flat screen TV's and we have added some additional information to our check-in packets to help answer any of the questions you may have while you are staying. Hi Brandy, thanks for the review. We always try to make ourselves available for our wonderful guests, so we do appreciate the kind words. This house is very nice and extremely well kept, the owner of the house takes great pride in it and also takes any complaints or suggestions very seriously. He recently purchased this house and was not aware of the king bed configuration and a new king bed has been purchased and installed, also, new TV's have been purchased and mounted in the two bedrooms. I actually went out personally to address your concerns and could not smell any urine on the chairs or anywhere else but we are having them professionally cleaned just in case. We do have the carpets and furniture professionally cleaned on a regular basis, it's very important especially in a pet friendly unit. We have addressed all problems that you reported, he also had the deck and handrails freshly painted, downstairs doors painted, and more. We certainly hope you return soon to experience the updates and changes that have been made. Together, the condo owner and Poole and Associates will strive to always exceed your expectations.
