Worst Customer Service i received from the lady on the phone. I sent the email to get a receipt but didn't get any reply. When inquired on the phone about the invoice i needed, she simply said "i will reply when i read your email"!

The big disappointment came the moment I entered the building and instead of a man there was a machine waiting. I said it didn't matter, I like modern things. The machine wanted to enter the reservation number after me, but it still didn't work, I didn't know what to do, the others tried to do the same. I called the hotline, although I can't speak English very well, only after this call did I learn that there was a sign with instructions on the glass door. The gentleman on the line told me on the phone that I had to send a negative test first and then I would get a accommodation number from him. Firstly, it did not occur to me that the glass doors are instructions (it could be better visible), secondly, the information was written only in German, which is annoying when 90% of people can speak English and thirdly, when making a reservation I she could be informed by feedback about sending the test and thus I could save a lot of time and nerves. I thought I was going to sleep outside. At least 45 minutes passed before I searched for the accommodation card. And when entering the hallway to the rooms, it could also be indicated that the card is attached to the handle, there was nowhere even a small hint. I recommend processing everything even more.

Die Unterkunft ist schlicht gehalten, modern und sauber und für Geschäftsreisende oder ein kurzer Wochenendausflug völlig in Ordnung. Restaurants, Bäcker und Geschäfte sind sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Bahnhof befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Ab und an hört man den vorbeifahrenden Zug das ist aber nicht weiter störend da die Fenster gut isolierend wirken. Insgesamt kann ich es weiter empfehlen.

Ein Self Check in Hotel, daher konnte ich bei Service und Personal nur 3 Sterne geben, da es kein Personal gab :) zumindestens habe ich keins gesehen. Das Hotel ist gut, bei uns war es nur eine Durchreise. Würde dort aber jederzeit wieder schlafen. Etwas seltsam war das Bad, man muss sich schon sehr vertraut sein, um dort gemeinsam sich ein Zimmer zu teilen :)

Würde ich wieder buchen.
Der Check-In ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber machbar. Leider war das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber. Sonst war unser Aufenthalt dort absolut in Ordnung. Wir waren auf der Durchreise.

Top Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, einfach, praktisch gut. Einziger kleiner Nachteil, nacht arbeitende Firma und eine Bahnstrecke nebenan. Ist aber zu ertragen.

Einfach, schnell, unkompliziert, sauber. Dadurch, dass alles digital abläuft funktioniert ein Check in oder Check out sehr schnell. Die Zimmer sind neu und richtig sauber. Als Personal gibt es die Reinigungskräfte, die sehr freundlich sind. Ansonsten bist du im Gebäude allein. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kein Personal - alles gut
Ohne Rezeption die Keykarte an einem Automaten bekommen. Frühstück nicht möglich. Ansonsten alles sehr sauber, neu und funktionell. Nur zum schnellen Übernachten eine gute Alternative.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit schönem Zimmer
Hotel sehr sauber, Zimmer sehr schön und gut ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Wenn man mal im Hotel drin ist, dann ist alles in Ordnung. Das Hineinkommen macht anscheinend aber sehr oft Schwierigkeiten, auch bei uns, denn der Check-In-Automat hatte ohne Hilfe gar nicht funktioniert. Dank Hotline-Nummer auf dem Automaten und des sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiters am anderen Ende der Leitung sind wir aber doch recht zügig zu unserer Zimmerkarte gelangt und die Rechnung wird in diesem Fall per Email zugeschickt.

Very nice room for a fair price
There is no reception but it is practicsl when you arrive at 11pm. Room was really top, modern and clean Espresso machine for tea and coffee. What else! And large parking ( for free). I can just recommend

Hotel ohne Rezeption - nur Eincheck-Automat !!!!!!
Das Problem war, dass dieses Hotel keine Rezeption hat, sondern nur einen Eincheck-Automaten. Und diesen zu bedienen ist alles andere als einfach. Das beginnt damit, dass man eine Reservierungs-Nummer eingeben soll, die man aber nicht kennt. Daher muss man vorher eine Nummer anrufen, die man aber auch nicht kennt. Hätte nicht ein freundlicher Gast, der das Procedere zufällig kannte, uns geholfen, wir hätten wahrscheinlich auf der Straße übernachten müssen, da wir wahrscheinlich gar nicht ins Hotel hineingekommen wären! Es sollte bereits bei/vor der Buchung ausdrücklich auf dieses komplizierte Verfahren hingewiesen werden!
