수영장도 애들놀기 딱좋아요~ 근데 방이 너무 추웠어요 에어컨도 다껐는데 바닥에 너무 차가워서 임산부인 저는 잘 때 너무 힘들었어요 그거빼곤 깨끗하고 좋네요

온돌방 최악
호텔 예약도 안돼 있어서 전화로 호텔스닷컴 연락을 해야했고 침대방이 없어서 온돌방에서 지냈고 침구류도 너무 열악해서 기분이 매우 안좋았음.그리고 침구가 너무 얇아서 온몸이 너무 아파서 잠을 이룰수가 없어 다시는 오고 싶지 않음...

패밀리에서 온돌방, 침대방이 나눠지는데 선착순이란것도몰랐네요 ㅡㅡ 알았으면 더 빨리갔죠 그리고 청소를 하시는진 모르겠는데 전체적으로 깨끗하진않았어요 ㅡㅡ

너무좋아요
주변관광지와도 가까워서 차로 조금만 이동해도되고 승마체험에 찜질방 모두 좋았어요.여름휴가때 수영도하며 또 묵을생각입니다.

조용하고 편한 가족여행
리조트 자체는 전반적으로 만족스러움. 가족여행으로는 조용하고 좋으며 뒤에 수영장이 있었지만 추워서 이용 못한게임 아쉬움. 주변에 음식점 등이 없고 걸어서 15분 정도 가면 있음.

최악의 숙박시설
수영장이용하려 했는데 이미 수영장 폐장했다고 하였고 어디에도 공지가 없었음 처음 배정받은 방엔 카드키가 고장나서 정전이라 고쳐준다고 직원이 세번이나 왔다갔지만 고치지 못하였고 방을 바꿔달라고 하자 그제야 방을 바꿔주었음 방을 바꿔주면서 A직원이 밤 열시까지 매점사용이 가능하다 하여 9시경 매점을 갔지만 닫혀있었고 상황을 설명하자 A직원은 말을 바꿔 호텔 외부 바깥 편의점을 이용해야한다고 하였음 이에 불만을 표하자 윗선으로 보이는 B직원이 매점을 열어드리겠다고 하였고 매점에 가자 처음 응대해주었던 A직원이 불만가득한 표정으로 캐셔에 앉아있었음 바뀐방에는 옷장옆에 먹다남은 빵이 놓여져 있었고 옷장안에는 캔음료가 있었음 숙박취소를 해달라고 요구하자 호텔스닷컴 이용자라 취소할수 없다고 하여 어쩔수없이 숙박하였음 조식은 7시 부터 이용가능하다고 안내되어있으나 아침엔 조식식당은 문조차 열지않았음 두번다시 이용하지 않을것이고 저렴한 것은 다 이유가 있었음을 느꼈음

불만족
2박동안 쥐며느리 계속 나왔고 프론트 여직원 불친절했으며 조식은 계란찜 쌀밥 김치 불고긴데 불고기는 다떨어져서 달라고 했지만 일부러 시간 지체하여 아예 못먹었습니다, 아이가 먹을수 있는게 없었으며 옆 테이블에서 개밥주냐는 말까지 나왔습니다. 1박후 외출한뒤 돌아와보니 수건이 안갈아져 있기에 프론트에 요청하니 직접 프론트로 가져와야 빠꿔준다 하였습니다. 이에 항의 하니 결국 갖다주긴했지만 다시는 성호리조트에 가고 싶은 맘이 없습니다. 참고로 호텔스 닷컴의 일처리는 만족했습니다.

어쩔수 없이...
.. 토요일 밤 경주 전체에 숙소가 없어 예약을 하긴 했다만.. 하루밤 잘 잔 것에 만족합니다. 나름 청소는 잘 해 놓은 것 같으나, ... 일단 시설 자체가 너무 낡은 곳입니다.

전반적으론 가격대에 비해 괜찬았습니다. 가족이 하루 정도 머무르긴 괜찬구요, 단 화장실이 좀 안좋았습니다. 타워도 하나도 없고 조금한 비누 달랑하나 불빛도 어둡고, 샤워하는데는 불빛도 없고 불편했습니다.. 화장실 빼고는 객실 침실 그냥 괜찮았습니다. 방이 2개라 좋았습니다.
