The staff were warm and welcoming! The rooms were comfortable and I appreciate a window that opens! I thoroughly enjoyed the evenings in the gazebo on property. I did not use the pool or the gym, but they both looked clean and well maintained.

This is not our typical Marriott experience. The facility is old. Our fitted sheet was clearly very worn, we requested a replacement and left a message on the house cleaning voice mail but it was never done. The swimming pool is small and jacuzzi looks a bit dirty. Our room was facing the road with obstruction of our view. The front desk was unable to switch it when we checked in. Maybe I expected too much. One thing we appreciate the most is that, in the morning, when we requested a microwave, it was delivered to our room within a few minutes.

When we arrived, our room was ready. The Desk staff were friendly and accommodating. They had a sold out weekend so the hot tub was not really ready as they had just cleaned it and so we had a "cool" hot tub that afternoon but the next morning at 6 am it was a DELIGHT. Across the street was a Rhode side Steel Diner where we had Patty our aw-mazing (her word) waitress and the food was terrific as well as the decor of the place was soooo fun.

The place is not the worst. The staff was just ok, they weren’t bad but at the same time they didn’t make me feel welcomed. The room overall is clean, but the carpet smelled a little. Maybe that was because the air conditioner wasn’t on, once we turn up the air conditioning, the smell was gone. My 12 yr old normally takes the pull out bed, but this one was so uncomfortable she had to sleep on the couch as is. Courtyard is normally pretty good, maybe they just overlooked on this room. The king sized bed was comfortable.

Great stay!
What a lovely hotel. Beautiful lobby and lovely outside sitting area that we unfortunately couldn’t use because of rain. The breakfast in the lobby at the Bistro was excellent. Highly recommended.

Very nice stay. I do miss the daily room cleaning. Here it is every other day. The hotel beds are very comfortable. Entry way and out door areas are spacious and pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff are friendly, engaging, and helpful when it comes to addressing any guest concerns. For example, my partner is disabled, and they were able to help us with all that we needed to make sure my partner was comfortable. It’s difficult to find good accommodations even in places that are ADA compliant. However, at this hotel, the staff went above, and beyond expectation to make sure that we were comfortable

Hotel was very nice and clean. The bar food for dinner was awesome - kids and I were too tired to go out and what a surprise. Pool is tiny so we didn’t bother but overall a really nice stay.

Clean room, friendly staff. Clean overall facility. The downside: I was told my room would not be cleaned during my stay because I was only going to be there 2 nights. I’ve never heard such a thing. Garbage piles up and towels need replacing. So I went to the front desk for towels on day 2. No big deal but still odd. The second downside, the breakfast was bad. Eggs practically raw. Uncooked and it cost 15.00 for undercooked eggs, burnt potatoes and a couple of small pieces of burnt bacon and dry toast, no jelly or butter given. French toast however was very good. Last thing, practically all rooms are connecting rooms. I noticed my deadbolt was undone and when I fiddled with it to lock it, (it wouldn’t lock, it was busted) I heard the neighbor yell out (twice) wrong room!! I wasn’t trying to enter, I was trying to prevent entry to my room. So I called down and said I needed a non connecting room and they accommodated. So they fixed that issue. Overall not bad. It’s extremely clean and the front desk and Starbucks staff is great and friendly, and you can’t beat that.

The property was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful always making sure we had what we needed and going above and beyond. You have to request for housekeeping which I thought was good, gives me peace of mind with my belongings in the room. I would stay again and I would recommend to others
