No coffee was available after being promised it would be right out waited 45 minutes still no coffee. Asked for coffee at restaurant and was not seated four people went in front of me. Lacking customer service for sure. Otherwise it was alright. Plus my son shoes in our room just disappeared which was weird. Want stay here again but thanks anyway
