We were been told by Expedia that it is 4* rating hotel but when we got to the hotel rating was 3*.We requested double bed,when we checked in got given 2 single beds kept together.Being very upset called Expedia and spoke to Rupesh S,he was not helpful and asked to speak to manager to which he said that no manager is available,asked him if manager can call back but nobody called back.Went to the reception and they said they can give us double mattress on 2 single beds,didn't have any option but had to accept it.Then the next day the room got cold in night when queried that was told that room was warm enough according to room temperature (well it was not and we were cold the whole night).Then on the other day I stayed in the room and housekeeping came,was shocked as no linen was changed she just rearranged everything and walked away,even the coffee mugs were not replaced just rinsed in water.I went to th reception and complained to which I was told that this is how they do the housekeeping.
Was very shocking as we paid nearly £500 for 4 nights and that too without breakfast.Expedia was not helpful either.We were been charged overrately for this room with wrong information.
