Nice place to stay
The place was cozy and clean, well stocked, generous offerings from the hosts. Super responsive hosts. The washer was not working in the unit and they immediately arranged for a backup situation so that we could get our laundry needs met.

The location is absolutely perfect. Sooo easy to unload car with 2 six year olds in tow.
The hosts are so thoughtful and courteous!! Really great place to stay… we will be back. This made our ski vacation so easy!!

Our hosts were extremely kind, quick to reply and incredibly accomodating! Unit was clean and well stocked with all you could need. Not fancy but easy parking and located extremely close to the slopes which worked out great for our ski bum needs.

Pleasant little place
Would've liked to have even a small kitchen table to eat at, instead of the sofa. All of the snack foods were a nice touch, like the toiletries in the bathroom very reasonable price wise. Both beds were very clean and comfortable.

Perfect Place for an Up North Ski Trip
If you are looking for a cozy place to stay for a few people, this place is perfect. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, & appreciated the amenities like washer/dryer, Keurig, & toiletries that we might have forgot. The owners were very easy to work with when we needed to add on an extra night accommodation. Look forward to staying here on a future ski trip.

Nub's Nob Ski Trip
This cozy cabin was exactly as described and located extremely close to Nub's Nob and The Highlands. It had all of the amenities that we needed and was located in a quiet wooded area near Harbor Springs. The home was well-stocked, including the kitchen and all bathrooms. There were thoughtful items in the kitchen that made it easy to cook our own food. John was extremely accommodating in allowing our 2 dogs to stay in their crates indoors prior to official check in time. His overall flexibility and willingness to address our needs was exceptional. The home was very fairly priced and offered a lovely place to ski, relax and simply be! We definitely would return again for winter or summer fun!

Great spot for a weekend of skiing.
Place is quite small but has everything you need for a chill weekend skiing up north. Decent restaurant next door, slopes are a 2-min drive away, and hosts provided any supplies necessary for a nice weekend.

A change of plans
John and Dianna were very flexible when we had a family emergency arise which altered our schedule. They put us in a different unit, which was roomy and user-friendly. The setting was amongst tall trees in a lovely area. The unit was warm in the cold rain and adequately outfitted. The owners were accommodating, welcoming and helpful. We would stay with them again. Has potential….
The nice aspects of this visit were the handwritten welcome note, gracious supply of snacks, beverages and often-forgotten toiletries and ease of check in. The overall impression, however, was not great. The townhome reminded me of a college town basement apartment that had seen many renters….. the space was outdated and dirty--lots if cobwebs and dust, the bathroom floor was dirty and the kitchen mat was covered with stains. The downstairs area (kitchen, living room, bathroom) had a really unpleasant odor.

Quaint and close to everything.
The property was easy to locate and close to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Communication was quick and easy, and the added items in the fridge was a nice touch, much needed for our trip! Only thing I would say is the place was dusty, cobwebs above sink and in front window. Just needed a bit of a dusting. Overall it worked for what we needed, and would stay again.

The property is very convenient to Harbor Springs and Petosky. The unit was clean and well stocked. The interior could use a little refreshing as in paint and the bathroom needs a little work. The TV was a nightmare. 5 remotes is a bit much to try and figure out.

Trouble with TV (Owner fixed when I contacted him). Shower and tub need to be replaced...low pressure. Outside appearance does not provide good "curb appeal." We left a day early.

The host was excellent, they reached out and had super detailed instructions on the property. There was also detailed instructions once you got to the property. The location was great, not too far from Petoseky and Mackinac Island. The home however was not great. The inside smelled super dingy and just nasty. The home was fairly old and just not kept up the best. Overall it was clean however.

I have to politely disagree with your review. The house has new carpet and paint and is almost 100% redone. You say it is CLEAN but was dingy and nasty.?? Hmmm? Perhaps you picked up on an odor, but we found no such odors. We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay, but we don't believe it was Townhouse that affected your enjoyment level. Sorry you just had a bad day, but that's not OUR fault.

So welcoming!
After driving for 10 hours we were so happy to see the host had pop, water and beer in the fridge waiting for us nice and cold. The place had everything we needed and more. Had a great dinner right next door and Teddy Griffins. Great location for a wedding we attended in Bay Harbor. Highly recommend this place. Although we didn’t need to reach the host, they did give us their cell number for anything we needed.

We loved our stay at this property for a getaway ski weekend! Our hosts were very thoughtful, gracious, welcoming, and very responsive to messages! The location was perfect for skiing, being only minutes from both Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. The property included all amenities we needed - and then some. We drove up in some rough weather, and our hosts generously provided several many items to help us get settled in and out on the slopes! Ideal location, home away from home
Ideal location with access to skiing and summer activities. Superb accommodations. Extremely welcoming home stocked with not only essentials, but lots of extras to make you feel right at home. Comfortable beds, lots of tvs, clean, tidy, easy to find, very welcoming environment. The heat was on when we arrived in winter, and mints on table. Very thoughtful owners.

Great Accommodations
This property was perfect for our family trip. Everything is as described. Close to the resorts, food and town. We came for Thanksgiving to see family and this location was great! Full sized kitchen, laundry and comfy beds added to the comfort of our stay. Tvs in both bedrooms and in living room had my son happy. We brought our dogs and it was nice to have them feel at home with openness vs stuck in a single hotel room. John was great to work with and super responsive. You won't be disappointed booking this home.
