Cute Cottage
Cute little cottage, perfect for a quick ski weekend up north. Property owner was very responsive, super easy check in and out process. Close to downtown Harbor Springs and skiing!

Love the Little Blue Cottage!
Perfect little cottage for our family of 4 and small dog. My boys spent the weekend at the Highlands and I hung out in the cottage doing homework (Wi-Fi is amazing!) and walking the neighborhood. They had everything we needed! We gave the boys the room with the TV so we could stay up later and watch our own shows. I would love to come back! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your cozy cottage!

Tiny house in great location
This cozy little house is on Lake Street very near the Elementary and High Schools. The kitchen is well appointed and the queen bed was very comfortable. You should be aware that there is no dishwasher but washing a few dishes was no problem for us!

Incredible Stay
We had the best time staying at Michele’s house in Harbor Springs. We brought our two dogs and the yard could not have been better for our situation. From start to finish, our check in, entire stay, and check out all were exactly what you hope for from a VRBO. Awesome communication, thoughtful gift basket left for our family (with treats for our dog - left my ball at home so thank you for saving the day). The house is comfortable and inviting, great location and as mentioned before - awesome back yard. We couldn’t stop saying how this feels like the authentic VRBO experience so many listings have moved away from. We really felt like Michele had invited us into her home and took care of us like you would a friend. I even left items behind and she went out of her way to make sure they were returned to me. I also had made a mistake when initially scheduling and Michele was wonderful to work with me to adjust. We felt very lucky to have found this home. We will absolutely be staying here again going forward and cannot wait to get back!

House had a great location right up street from great grocery store and bike trails and close to town and golf courses. Home perfect for a couple and a dog!! Only one small bathroom so a family could be tight. Very well equipped and clean.

Cozy, comfortable blue cottage
This cottage is as described if not better. It was thoroughly enjoyable for my wife and myself along with our dog. Everything we needed was provided and labeled throughout the cottage. Excellent location close to town. Great location for quick or long walks with our dog. Excellent communication with the host when we had a minor issue with the washer that was remedied within hours. Truly a high end rental. We look forward to coming back.

Great Location
Cottage is in a great location In Harbor Springs with very good access to Boyne Highlands, Nubs Nob and Petoskey. Nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. We greatly appreciated that our dog was welcomed here. Since it was winter time and we were here to ski, we didn't get to enjoy the big back yard but it would make great place to let the dog run and enjoy cooking outside if it were warm out.

We were looking for a cottage that would allow us to bring our dog along. The little blue cottage was perfect for the trip we had planned. Lots of walks, day trips to the UP and the surrounding area, and visits to the dog beach. We had a great stay!

Great Family Trip!
My husband, toddler, dog, and I had a wonderful stay here! We couldn’t have asked for a better location - close to downtown Harbor Springs (walking distance) & a short drive into Petoskey. We loved going to the beaches nearby and were so happy to utilize the beach chairs, towels, & sand toys provided. The house was equipped with everything we needed and I appreciated all the labels on the cabinets/light switches. Maureen is exactly what you would want from a host - responsive and helpful! I am so glad we stayed here for our family trip.

First Trip As A Family of 3
My husband and I took our first trip as a family of 3! Our son just turned 3 months. There was plenty of room for his pack n play in the bedroom with us. The cottage had everything we needed. We appreciated getting to bring our dog and made daily walks to the public dog beach! She loved it and made new furry friends!

Cozy and great for an extended stay
Stayed here for a little over a month while in the area for work. Very cozy and had everything we needed. Great location for exploring the area- short drive to Petoskey and a nice walk to downtown Harbor Springs. It was wonderful to come "home" everyday after work to such a comfortable place that worked perfect for us and our dog . We were sad to check out! Would definitely stay here again!

We spent the end of the 2020 holiday season in the little blue cottage and it was just what we needed to wind down after a rough year! The location of this house is what makes it perfect! Walking distance to downtown, short drive to the ski hills, central to lots of hiking trails, and close to the grocery store. Since restaurants were closed, we cooked almost every night and let me tell you this was the most stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental property! Anything you need to make a meal is there and ready to go - grill, crockpot, ramekins, truly anything, and to make life even easier all of the cabinets are labeled so you are not searching for things. One of the highlights of this property for us was that it is pet friendly, our pup Gunnarr had a blast exploring the HUGE yard and playing with the tennis ball Maureen left for him, they even had a chuck-it! Overall, we loved our stay, it was just what we needed and we hope to be back again soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Location was perfect, close to skiing and to town! Very comfortable, cozy home. Not only was there a nice bottle of wine for us, there was a toy for the four legged guest too! We did need to get in touch with the owners and she quickly responded. Great experience we will definitely be back!

Perfect House for Exploring Northern Michigan
This was one of the very best short-term rentals I have ever stayed in, and I have been staying in them from Sarasota to Honolulu well before there was such a thing as HomeAway or VRBO. The house is perfectly appointed with just about any kitchen utensil or gadget you would or could ever need, from a crockpot to a hot milk foamer. Wi-Fi, TVs, even a wireless phone charger, all work flawlessly. My dog and I visited in late October/Early November, and while that time of year can be chilly and damp in Northern Michigan, the house was a cozy and welcoming place for us to come home to from our hikes and other outdoor outings. I had no real need to get in touch with the owner, because everything was perfectly in order, but when I needed to extend my stay for a couple more nights Maureen was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. The location is ideal for both exploring the trails, beaches, and other wilderness areas of Northern Michigan, and is also walking distance to the Harbor Springs' downtown, with plenty pf restaurants, bars, shops, an outstanding bookstore, and even a small movie theatre. The house felt like home to me, and I was sad to leave.
