Wow this was the best place I stayed at in a long time the service was excellent and the lady at the front desk was super helpful and friendly I will definitely be staying there again and very soon.

My sheets had to be changed 3x’s before I could utilize the bed. The front desk woman was helpful and but later the same night there was a roach in my bathroom. I didn’t complain due to the prior issue. I did request house cleaning and I never received it. Over all, it was not my best stay at a hotel and I won’t be staying again.

Arrived to find motel closed and empty. Had a confirmation from them as late as yesterday; no warning they were shut down. We were lucky to find a room at another motel, could have been a disaster. Bad communication; wake up Expedia! Refund obviously expected.

Front staff was very helpful. I had an extra guest wanting to stay so needed to switch rooms from a king to 2 queens and was able to move rooms right away without having to check out and back in. Breakfast was waffles, a few bread options and some yogurt but they also had a smoothie king right next door.

The room was spectacular. No questionable bedding. Pillows were delicious. Towels had a few small stains but staff obliged with clean fresh ones.

This hotel is brand new and it is gorgeous. The staff were amazing, everything was clean, and the beds were so comfortable. I will be staying here from now on when I visit my family in Texas.

I rated low, because hotel cancelled all reservations due to heavy water damage. If not for this issue, I would rate it as excellent. I have at this hotel several times in the past.

I walked into the lobby and the desk manager wasn’t wearing a mask. There was a big sign right above her head that said masks were to be worn by all. I asked her if she could wear one and she ignored me. I asked again and she said no, she didn’t have to. I asked if I could talk to the manager and she said she was the manager and she could have me removed from the property. I walked out the door immediately.

The entire time I was there (3 nights and 4 days) none of the staff wore masks. There was a big sign in the lobby saying masks were required. It was really uncomfortable. Luckily I had my own cleaning products. They are not serving breakfast even though the website still says it's free. That is because of covid-19. That kind of made me feel cheated a little bit since the free breakfast was part of the reason I booked there.
