There was a woman who literally threw us out the hotel and was very unkind! We had 4 more days to stay there. But we didn't know that we had 4 more days to stay there but she knew it because she works at the front desk!! But-the-other-hand her daughter which is the manager of that hotel. She was so kind and sweet she even gave me my credits cards to me. I didn't know I left my cards behind because the older woman was rushing us to get out! We were so unhappy, and humiliated!! Our civil were violated!! I never seem a hotel that mistreat customers and at the same time we had health problems!!

The mattress was like sleeping on a marble slab. The breakfast had no eggs. The whole property and our "suite" had a gross, dingy feel to it. I would NOT recommend.

Unfortunately when we arrived we were placed in a room with an A/C that did not work, when asked to switch rooms we were placed in a room that had a dead centipede on the pillow.

Property was showing its age, time for a remodel but was clean. There was a $100.00 deposit required at checkin which was not mentioned on Expedia prior to checkin. Breakfast quality was poor, lukewarm potatoes and dry sausages.

The only thing that I would say was a little bit of a problem was you could hear the people in the next room. The walls are extremely thin. They finally decided to go to bed around midnight.

Please have the staff renovate the inside of the property as there were water stains on the ceiling and the carpet had visible holes and was extremely dirty. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this.

There was no hot water in my room. The bathroom was dirty. Stuff on the walls not sure what it was and beside the toilet it looked like there were 2 spiders killed in 2 different spots..

The front desk was extremely friendly and efficient but this hotel needs a major overhaul. Our room had stains on the carpet and major water damage on one section of the ceiling. The guest laundry room needs serious attention, as well. The area seemed unsafe as well.

I would not stay here again. When I walked in, I could tell it would be a bad experience. Staff was friendly (not a professional presence) — the elevator was old and noisy (thought I would be stuck) — the heater made a LOUD whirring noise all night. I was scared to sleep — concerned about bugs —- the bathroom had cracks and patched up holes — I didn’t want to use the shower because I was that grossed out.
I also didn’t like the older guy hanging around out front seeming to watch my every move.
I did see some unusual bugs on the outside of the building — they looked like bed bugs but were not.
Worst sleep — I got up earlier to leave.
