Quaint and charming property with amazing kitchen service from our elegant multi course meal to the extravagant breakfast buffet in morning. Great location in town for strolling along to all of the shops as well as getting to trail heads for hiking up the mountain.

Comfortable hotel with excellent service
The hotel is centrally located, but away from the most touristic spots. The hotel is very comfortable, the indoor pool is large and there is a nice sauna area attached. The staff is very helpful and professional. Corona measures are strictly applied and adhered to. It is an ideal place to start hikes around Bad Harzburg.

I have stayed at the hotel many times. The facilities are great. However I have 2 comments. #1 - cigarette smoke drifted up the stairs into my corridor and infiltrated my room (#22). I hate the smell. In the future I never want to be placed near "Rauch". My second comment pertains to dinner on Monday 8 June. I stood in front of the dining area and no one asked me if I needed a table. Many staff walked by, looked at me and said nothing. I had to ask for a table. In the past there was always a very dignified gentleman in a black suit who handled this very quickly.I never saw him during my stay.If he no longer works there you need to bring a personality like him back into the dining area!

Superb - Very Impressed
I would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay in this area. The people are friendly and helpful. We were suprised to find out that not many English visit this area and would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to holiday in a hotel/area where everyone is friendly and helpful and the food and facilities are superb

Schönes, gepflegtes, mit vielen hübschen Kleinigkeiten eingerichtetes und familär geführtes Hotel; Personal immer sehr freundlich; im Hotel leckere, gehobene Küche zu entsprechendem Preis; alternativ in der Umgebung diverse kleine Geschäfte und weitere Restaurants+Cafes; in der Nähe Therme, Baumwipfelpfad, .... und Vielzahl von Wanderwegen; viele Ziele können auch per Bus erreicht werden (z.B. mit dem 875 auf schmalen Wegen durch den Wald ! zu Wasserfall; Rabenklippe, Luchsgehege -Fütterung am Mittwoch+Samstag nachmittags- u.a.m.); Schwimmbad ab 7.00 Uhr mit 12 / Saunen ab 16.00 Uhr mit 6 Liegemöglichkeiten ausreichend ausgestattet

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med bra service. Särskilt frukostservicen var excellent. Minus att rummen saknade ventilation/ac vilket gjorde nätterna varma. Trevlig uterestaurang men minus för avsaknad av utomhusbar/cafe

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, aber das Zimmer, das uns zugewiesen wurde, lag über dem Spülraum mit entsprechendem Lärm am frühen Morgen und am späten Abend. der blick war auf eine wand und mit geräuschen der absauganlage, alles in allem ein eher langweiliges erlebnis.

very nice hotel.
very nice hotel of good german standard - the style of food in the restaurant is not my favourite, but its well made - served by good waiters - and served outside in very nice smaller park. room very clean and comfortable - nice view from balcony. all in all i would visit again. and oh yea, saunas and pool very nice too. and you can sunbathe in the garden right outside pool.

Der Sauna und Badbereich sehr schöne und scheinbar neuwertig. Frühstückszeit sehr kurz für jüngere Gäste und dann Buffett bei späterem Eintreffen nicht mehr vollständig gefüllt. Sehr viel ältere Gäste.

Das Hotel Braunschweiger Hof ist ein sehr ordentliches, gemütliches Hotel, allerdings ist erkennbar, dass es - zumindest im Bereich des Hauptgebäudes - ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dies wird insbesondere am Badezimmer erkennbar. An der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich Licht und leider auch Schatten bei der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Die Unterbringung ist fraglos angenehm, entspricht aber nicht ganz dem Anspruch, den das Hotel an sich selbst setzt.

Es gab eine vegane Karte im Hotelrestaurant und auch beim Frühstück hatte ich überhaupt keine Probleme. Es wurde extra für mich eingekauft. Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer mit Zustellbett gebucht und ein 2-Zimmer-Appartement bekommen. Der Sauna- und Poolbereich ist großzügig und ganztägig geöffnet.

Leider kein IInternet,sehr schlechter Telkom Empfang. Für jenanden der darauf angewiesen ist ein Kritikpunkt der zur Abwertung führt. Waschbecken verstopft. Bei warmen Temperaturen nicht zu empfehlen. Sonst ein sehr gutes Hotel mit 4 Sterne Quatität, das bestimmt gefallen wird. Würde es wieder buchen,aber nicht HauscLuise im Sommer.

Boede i et nyrenoveret hus overfor det gamle hotel. Lækkert!. Elevator, nyt værelse med rullet linned, skøn seng, badekåber og håndklæder til svømmehallen med sauna, dampbad, afslapning. Vi benyttede svømmehallen både aften og morgen, og man kunne tage en kop kaffe i svømmehallen. Flot stor morgenbuffet/brunch. Lækker romantisk middag med 1 hap, 2 forretter, hovedret, dessert og kaffe for 60 Euro. Kan absolut anbefales.
